From outside it looked really beautiful. The owner was very nice.We did choose this location for its low price, but the room was a disappointment. The wall was unfinished and due to a gap we were basically connected with the other room, where we could hear every single word and sound. The shower didn’t have hot water, the bed was dirty with hair everywhere, including the floor.

The owner is very kind.The location is no problem if you have a motorcycle or car.You can reach Pai Traveler Street in about 20 minutes on foot.Room condition is not that goodAs soon as you first enter the room, it smells like a bathroom.If you ventilate for a few hours, you'll feel better.There are cockroaches as big as your thumb.There are spider webs everywhere...I shared a room with various bugs.I think it would be okay if you are not afraid of bugs.

No hot water in the shower, no mirror in bathroom, no charger next to bed, thin walls can hear everything from outside, very close to road (a lot of bikes).Booked from agoda but had to argue with owner at 20:00 to get a room since she overbooked the rooms.

I must mention that the owner of the house is exceptionally charming! The place is very beautiful - on a fish pond. In general, the cabin is very simple but seems adequate for a backpacker like me. When night fell I discovered that there was no sealing in the doors (the entrance and the shower) and that the nets were a bit torn. I entered the shower, which is neither maintained nor renovated, and suddenly a cockroach came out of the drain and started flying in the small space - scary! The sewer is a kind of pipe with a relatively large diameter and there is no net on it or anything that would prevent animals from entering through it. A friend in the next room had a frog and a snail enter from this pipe and at night there was also a mouse... probably from there as well. In short, I wish I could recommend .. but maybe only after me they do a small renovation. sorry

The accommodation consists of small bungalows, owners are very nice & the location is close to the city center (12min walk & 3min by scooter)About the rooms:You have hot water all the time, the room is clean, the mattresses and the bed are clean (no bed bugs), and luckily there are also thick blanketsWe have an AC in the room & a fan but we don't use either of them because it gets very, very cold at night!!So in February, don't book with AC as it's really unnecessaryIt's not a modern luxury room & doesn't look ultra-bright, but it's definitely enough!Price is around $10 a night for 2 people, so top
