Leave the key to the receptionist, no one is guarding it, only the driver/security. Asked to clean the room because I wanted to leave in the morning, when I returned to the hotel in the afternoon the room was still a mess.

Actually the hotel is quite strategic, the service is also friendly, but you always have to ask for extra slippers and towels, even though the room contains 2 people. The toilet is also rarely cleaned. The room floor was also still dirty. Seen just making the bed and throwing out the trash. Stayed for approximately 1 week, only 2 days given soap and toothbrush. Even though customers bring their own toiletries, they should still be provided every day. Apart from that, the menu at the restaurant is also less varied. Hopefully there will be further improvements.

A hotel with a very strategic location but there are several things that need to be repaired, for example in the room there is a hole so that sometimes cockroaches come in, the water flow has been blocked.In terms of service, it's good, it's just that the staff don't clean thoroughly and sometimes printed items are not provided, for example toothpaste, towels. If the room needs to be cleaned, it must be explained in detail to the receptionist, for example, Miss, sir, please help me to brush the toilet, change the bed sheets because I noticed that the bed sheets were not replaced. Even if the room is cleaned, our hair is still there, sometimes small rubbish is not thrown away.In terms of food, the breakfast menu is small but delicious. Entering the room there were already 2 cockroaches upside down. The bathroom walls look like there are salt crystals, even though these crystals easily fall off if you really want to clean them.

The hotel is suitable for those on business trips... it's comfortable for resting because the rooms are quite spacious... it's suitable for the price.The bathroom is nice... The glass is big.Food is pretty good. But during the activity, my friend who was staying overnight complained that the breakfast menu didn't change...Staff please be friendlier...

Hotel close to Manokwari Mall.location is very good.The AC room is cold, there is also warm water.Unfortunately the price is not cheap, breakfast only has a little variety.There is no information whether there is a shuttle to the airport or not.thx
