Room at the back but down some steps. Good balcony with a small lake and mountain views. Next to a main road but very quiet. No noise at all. Lots of parking spaces. Room a good size. Modern interior. No restaurant but free coffee and toast at the reception area each morning. Easy walking to the centre. Value for money. Very friendly staff who can speak English. Enjoyable

It was a separate bungalow-style room. There are steps in the room, so please be careful. The balcony is comfortable and the garden has a well-maintained pond with a nice view. The bathroom seemed a little small and was not easy to use. It can be said to be comfortable for the price.

The room was OK, bit old and dated with a hard mattress but it hard real character. An old sort of wooden hut in stills. The view from the balcony was aboslutely breathtaking and worth staying here just for the view. Bathroom isn't great but had worse.Great location, 2 min walk from walking street

Located near the center of Pai. Near the walking street Five minute walkAccommodation near Pai River But looking from the room, you can see a little bit of the river. In the morning there is coffee, hot water, bread. If you want to eat porridge, you have to order 50 baht per head. The room is enough to sleep. The price is a little high.

Bring a lot mozzie repellant if intent to sit outside . Cool deco n great rooms. As for mozzies ,it comes with the environment.

Clean, quiet, near walking street The lotus pond in the back is beautiful. There is also bread and coffee to drink in the morning. Lovely staff If you forget something, call to report.

The most beautiful balconies over looking their pond, river Pai and mountains beyond. Really helpful, gave us a ride in to town during heavy rain. Coffee and toast included. All clean and well kept. Definitely coming back.

Did an walk in at 10pm desperately needing a room for the four of us for 2 nights because our originally booked hostel was disgusting. Thankfully the owners were still awake. They were very nice and gave us 2 beautiful small cottages with balconies and a pretty view for super cheap. They even drove us to our old hostel to get our backpacks and our stuff for very little money.We liked that it was very clean, they had towels, and theres free coffee in the morning at the reception.Location was very close to the walking street, but still quiet, perfect for backpackers or couples looking for a good and affordable place to sleep10/10
