Super cute spot with an immaculate pool right next to the nicest little street in the town (with a bar, coffee shop and some other random food stalls), directly across from the reservoir and barely down the road from the temple.Super great spot - if you stay in this town, you should try to stay here.

The house is a series of houses with a swimming pool, a very spacious room, a living room, a dressing room, a bathroom. When I first read the reviews, I was afraid of loud noises, but during my stay I couldn't hear other people's voices at all. When I slept in the room, there was both an air conditioner and a fan inside. 700 baht per night in the morning. There is fresh coffee. The service does not provide breakfast. Located next to the walking street near Wat Chong Kham. The atmosphere is very good. When I came to stay, I walked around and sat at the coffee bar on the second floor. It was very satisfying, and then I walked back. I intend to leave a review in case travelers and tourists passing by are impressed. I recommend it.

One of the best things about the guesthouse is its location - between the city's most famous monastery and the walking street/night market.|The small pool is perfectly clean too. No breakfast but electric kettle in room. The shower takes a bit of getting used to but finally worked well.

Stop looking for better accommodation in Mae Hong Son. You won't find a better one for this unbeatable price. The rooms and the pool are very clean, bicycles and coffee are free and you are directly at the night market when you leave the complex. You don't need anything more.

Location is good, convenient, close to the walking street, easy to shop, there is coffee provided all day long, and there is also a kettle in the room, which is considered very good, but the only disadvantage of the rooms next to each other is that you can hear the sound of the room next to you, no matter what you do, you can hear it. Right infront of the night market, so that's convenient. The rooms have seen better days, but ok.The place in general is noisy and some rooms are attached to others so you get woken up during the night with people using the bathroom etc. Then in the morning it's very noisy with people talking and checking out... no good if this was your morning for a lay in. There is a pool and complimentary coffee all day.

Clean accommodation, very close to the walking street. It's right in front of the accommodation. Haha. I like it here. The service is very good. The downside is that at 1 a.m. there's a dog barking and barking and barking non-stop 🤤

Loved it here! The pool is such a luxury. The bungalows are clean and nice. The location couldn't be any better, really! Recommend it!
