I like it. It's calm and cool during the winter. The service owner is very friendly. I want to go back and stay again.

We were here in January as a stop for the Mae Hong Son sob loop. We decided to stay a day longer as the place is just incredible. There are amazing views from all over the property, including right in front of your cabin / tent. The location and quietness of the place makes you feel like you are at the end of the world. We stayed in the basic bungalow which was, well, basic. But it had everything you need, including a very comfortable shower and a nice balcony. If you want a bit more luxury, you can also choose the more expensive cabin. In short, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Unfortunately this place is really not worth the cost, the Bungalow was bad value for money. The bed was like a rock, struggled to get any sleep on it. The Bungalows (which have no photos of the interior on Booking) are completely open to the elements, and freezing cold (probably extremely hot in the hot season). It feels like they got half way through building them and stopped. They really need insulation and a new mattress. If your neighbours are loud it really ruins the calm atmosphere of the area as the bungalows are close together and not insulated. The positives were a great view and hot shower with good water pressure, free coffee and a kettle in the room. Would not stay again for the cost of 675 baht per night.. a short drive to some better views in the area while staying in a cheaper/nicer place would be my recommendation.

Prepare the food and be ready first. The property does not have food for sale. The atmosphere is very good. The weather is very cool.

So far it was the most beautiful accommodation in Northern Thailand😍We stayed in a tent with a fantastically beautiful view 😍 of the lake and the mountains. It's not comparable to a hotel room but definitely much nicer. It's quiet and very relaxing. Definitely worth a detour if you do the Mae Hong Son Loop.

Beautiful experience. We spent one night here in a tent and visited the village of Ban Rak Thai in the north (20min) and the lake below (Pang Oung 7min) during the MaeHongSon Loop. The view is beautiful, the tents were more comfortable than expected and it was a great experience. The owner is very helpful and speaks a bit of English :) in the morning he made a bonfire and offered tea😊 very located in nature, absolutely a paradise, thank you!

Loved my stay here!! The views were better than I could have expected. The shower was warm. The host was so friendly and helpful. I had a lot of mud to clean off my backpack and he offered me detergent and a brush to clean it. At night, he made a campfire and my friend and I sat by it and we talked to him, learning his story through the help of Google translate. The drive into Ban Rak Thai is about 20 minutes and it’s a lovely drive. We didn’t mind being far from town and got Chinese food to go and had dinner up at the farm stay and enjoyed the sunset.

Several huts with tents with mattresses inside, agreed for 300. And several houses for 500. Just super. Fire, sky, view in the morning. Difficult climb, but no problem. I'm taking food with me

It's a very quiet spot to set up a tent. The weather is good, the wind is blowing cool, the sound of birds singing and roosters crowing is fun to listen to, being at a high point with a bird's-eye view. Not convenient, shared bathroom, no food or drinks. Everything must be brought by yourself. Stargazing at night is suitable for people with cars. And it's not a big deal.
