If you’re looking for a truly unforgettable stay in Bali on a budget, look no further than Eka Dwi Guesthouse. From the moment I arrived, Putu's warm and genuine hospitality made me feel like part of the family. He went above and beyond in every possible way, ensuring my stay was not just comfortable but extraordinary. Whether it was providing insightful local tips, arranging personalized experiences, or simply being there with a friendly smile, Putu's dedication to his guests is unparalleled.The guesthouse itself is a serene oasis, perfectly blending traditional Balinese charm with modern comforts. But what truly sets this place apart is the care and attention Putu gives to every detail, making sure your stay is nothing short of perfect.The house is set beautifully among the rice fields about 15 minutes north of Ubud. This makes it very quiet and peaceful while still being close enough to a major city. There are a few good places to eat within walking distance, but I would definitely recommend renting a bike.If you're planning a trip to Bali, staying at Eka Dwi Guesthouse with Putu as your host will be the highlight of your journey. I can't recommend it highly enough!

The Guest House is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making your stay very comfortable. The location is picturesque, surrounded by beautiful rice fields that create a unique and serene atmosphere. It’s a quiet place with hardly any mosquitoes and no roosters crowing early in the morning.The guest house is very clean, with regular housekeeping that keeps everything spotless. There’s a small kitchen on the premises where you can prepare your own meals, and a parking area for scooters. The rooms are quite spacious and create a wonderful ambiance. The bathroom is mold-free, and the building is new, which is very pleasant.Overall, the guest house offers a very pleasant and cozy atmosphere. It’s conveniently located near the city but in a nice area with no traffic jams, allowing quick access to any point. The host is always accommodating, and there’s always free water available in any quantity. Nearby, you’ll find great cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Booked months in advance and paid two weeks in advance. After a long journey you are faced with the problem that the hotel is already overbooked. Apparently the money didn't arrive (we booked and paid through Booking). We were told to cancel with Booking (which would have meant we wouldn't have gotten our money back). The staff on site made more calls to Booking on our cell phone (because the language was Indonesian) and then found us a room in the neighboring hotel (we were very grateful for this). However, the price and how many nights we can stay have changed several times. In the end we were just happy to have been given a room for one night. Please get this problem under control! Very unpleasant experience especially after a long flight/jet lag.

If you don't want to face with situation when you had booked the room for 2 weeks ,and get the message with cancellation for the 3 days before your visir, better find other place.
