I don't understand the high score on booking and Google. As far as I am concerned, the price/quality ratio is not good, you get mediocre quality for a much too high price.Plus points: lots of space, away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud, own swimming pool. The service (ask via whatsapp) is excellent and the owner is very nice.Negatives: inconvenient location via a dark alley, there is only one long busy road to Ubud center and rice fields, there is no shortcut. The floor plan of villa 1 is clumsy and all furniture/facilities are past their prime. The breakfast is mediocre. No view of rice fields or jungle. No communal area or facilities, you have your villa and that's it.

I booked on Booking this villa for 3 nights, however they contacted me on Whatsapp to cancel the booking as the 2nd night is already booked!! However, it was available and i booked it successfully on Booking!This puts me into booking hassle to change the villa & airport drop off transportation and other arrangements

Great rooms, decorated beautifully. Lacked some of the amenities that the booking indicated: Rice field views, communal area, spa, gym, hairdryer... Had to ask for milk for each coffee. No ride service, was told to get a taxi. Pool was very cold. Over sold under delivered. A property should describe what they have on offer honestly. The spa and gym down the road is not an amenity. They have blocked the rice field views by building a new villa. The building noise starts at 7:30am!! No sleep in. Nearly an hour's wait so we could pay as the owner doesn't seem to trust their own staff. Staff were really sick and still making breakfast!! Hot water for bath or shower only lasts for about 10mins, then cold. Perhaps used to be better but just seems like the owner is trying to make the most while spending the least.

Beautiful accommodations in a serene environment. Private patio with an outdoor kitchen, dining area and private pool. Off the beaten path, so if you are looking for a place to decompress and chill, this spot is for you. Upon request they set us up with a personal drive as well.

We are extremely disappointed by the fact that your management has taken advantage of a group of elderly people, leading them to believe their driver was present, only to replace it with one belonging to the property. Truly unprofessional.
