I stayed here for two nights at the end of January while bike touring Thailand and enjoyed it. I chose it because of the rates and because of the huge patio/lanai I saw in the photos. The cottage was great: well sealed from mosquitoes; provided with sandals for the shower; fan in my room (some rooms had A/C but mine didn't, which was known and fine by me); clean bed though it was hard/extra firm; TV available though I never used it; WiFi couldn't reach my pink cottage but was strong in the dining area. Breakfast (2 eggs, 3 toast, and 2 sausages, butter and strawberry jam) available each morning; instant coffee available; you don't need to ask for it, you just walk in the dining area, make your coffee and someone will come up with a plate for you. :) The lanai/patio has a beautiful view. I had a relaxing, quiet, and private time here. The surrounding area has lots of restaurants and cafes. This place seems to have bikes for rent but I never asked since I had my own. Oh, the entrance is a little hard to find. The listed address points to a residence *on* the main street, but this place is actually located at the end of a sort of cul-de-sac on the street to the left of said house. Turn into that street and veer left as the fence ends. You should spot a tree house, which is next to the main building where the front desk check-in is.

Really nice stay. Our bungalow was clean, with fresh towels and sheets. Nice hot shower, refrigerator, TV, wardrobe. Good breakfast included.Nice stay in good price.

So, the good bits, lovely location and close to Nature & I saw a firefly. Everything is tired…. Beds are awful, blankets must be really old, so all a bit yuck. Such a shame because with investment it could be wonderful

Separate bungalows, quiet atmosphere on the outskirts of town. The resort is aging, but the rooms aren't too bad. The view from the terrace is magnificent for sunsets and at breakfast. A hearty breakfast with self-service coffee and tea.We had a good time there.

Great for riders doing the Mae Hong Son Loop. Breakfast is also carefully prepared.

It seems like the owner is in a bad mood. From the time I checked in until I left, I smiled when I returned the key. P.S. The only thing I like is the view of the restaurant with rice fields as far as the eye can see.

Quiet, comfortable. Arrive before the owner allows you to enter the room before check-in time. Thank you...but I didn't tell you from the first day that I had morning coffee. Reduced 1 star.

Cheap house, sleeps in a fan room for 300 baht, beautiful rooms, new mattresses, comfortable sleep, quiet. Unfortunately, the place is not very clean, there are a lot of mosquitoes, a lot of insects, including moths, spiders, and crickets, all in the room.
