DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!!!I have to say,Never seen a place like thisMy friend fell from the stairs yesterday, your worker saw her and didn’t even come to see if she’s okay.We told her we want to stay more and she just never responded that we can’t stay in our rooms.When I tried to talk to her she turned around and walked.When I asked for help - she said so what.I told her we will take our stuff at 13:00 and she got into my room and put my stuff in a garbage bag!Never seen this kind of treatment in Thailand be sure I’m going to write a bad review.

In the middle of Pai and all you can hear are the birds. Many of the apartments come with their own private balcony, which is perfect for a relaxed breakfast, lunch or dinner. The communal kitchen is tidy and spacious.
The staff were super fast to respond to any queries we had.

Amazing place to stay in Pai. Rooms are big and spacious. Very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to help you with whatever you might need. Quick reply for everything. One day I forgot my keys inside the room, and I messaged them and immediately helped me out, so grateful for that. Property is just 10 minutes away by walking to the Main Street in Pai, which makes it very central but also very quiet at night. Definitely recommended.

Great place to stay, I worked from my room and the WiFi was more than fast enough. Super tranquil, but walking distance from walking street. Super nice staff, quick response to all questions and eager to help. Thank for a lovely stay!

Very pleased with our stay at Betel. It seems to be a new establishment, but we were very happy with the simplicity of the place. Great for couples that want to stay a bit further out from the noise. I would recommend getting a scooter if you want to stay here.

Took a chance on a relatively new business and it was definitely worth it. I was happy with rooms, service and location. The best way to stay in touch with managers was email, they were always prompt with replies. Spent 1 week here it started to feel like home before I left, very comfortable.

The place is really quiet, well maintained and clean.The owner of the place is so nice, one evening the light didn't work in the room and immediately called a technician.A total of three weeks in this place and it feels like home, thank you very much!!!

Brand new homestay. Just opened a month ago. The room is huge and has a fantastic balcony with lots of seating possibilities. Bed was comfortable in thailand standards. The bathroom had everything you need. It's in a quiet area and actually quite close to the walking street. You can park your scooter or car right in front of your room and in the evening the front gate will be closed, but you can always push it open so your scooter is safe.They have a kitchen and dining area. We didn't see anyone eating there so I'm not sure about the offer they have. We used the kitchen to borrow plates and cutlery to eat our takeaway there. No one cared about it and we cleaned everything after so that was handy!Wifi was excellent.If you need anything, they respond within minutes and help you out! Thanks for that
