Wow! I've been travelling around bali for 17 days in total and this is the worst place I've stayed.Firstly the directions they gave put me at the wrong hotel and after being on the phone for 10 minutes they understood this.The breakfast there was shocking, even the stray dogs would not touch it so I refused it the rest of the trip, it came with afternoon tea, not sure what this is nevertheless I was never given it.The pool was okay and clean.The whole accommodation looked poor, tired, worn down and falling apart.The beds were wet when we got in them as the room was all moist, the air-conditioning was broken and leaked non stop.Please do not book here

The place is beautiful however neglected. The staff lovely. The roof has many open spaces therefore spiders, geckos and lizzards can enter the room. We had a huge lizzard in our room, staff came and assisted but please the owner has to do something to restore the place to its former glory. It is not cheap to stay there

if you are booking because of the outdoor hot bath, don’t. The hot water barely works so the bath was always cold. Also it was brown water after a storm event. Otherwise the villa is lovely

There are four villas here, all different and we stayed in villa three.The room is ok. However, the air conditioning has a loose connection and goes off every few minutes. There is rarely any warm water in the bathroom and sometimes none at all for several minutes.The pool makes a decent impression at first glance. However, it constantly loses water and after a short time leaves, pollen and insects that have fallen into it can no longer flow over the edge. There is also no landing net to keep things tidy yourself. You have to constantly refill the water with a hose and hose down the surface so that the pool doesn't get too dirty. In addition, there is a lack of lying areas! You can only lie on the terrace under the roof.It's a private villa with a lockable door, but employees keep coming in without being asked. Sometimes to turn on the pumps, sometimes to exhibit, lights on, lights off,... You don't have any real privacy here!You have to order breakfast a day in advance via WhatsApp. We wanted it at 9 a.m. today and the leftovers are still in the garden 7 hours later. Room service is not available every day. You have to ask for them yourself and sometimes even then they don't come. You will be greeted with a friendly smile, but that is about it in terms of service.The location is outside and yet you can constantly hear loud traffic. In addition, you have tinnitus from the cicadas during the day and from the frogs in the evening. The view is very limited.Of my four hotels in Bali, I only regretted one, this one.
