First of all the location os awesome on the main streets " can be loud" but awesome location. We reserved through Agoda and it said the rooms come with AC even shows the AC in the pictures of the room. Turns out the room have no AC. Talk with the owner and didn't want to do anything about it. We got a hold of Agoda and got our money back. Booked a different hotel down the street for same price

Really nice hosts, great value for money on the walking street, the location was top! Our room was basic but spacious with a balcony. It was very clean & comfortable with free coffee & fruit in the morning. The bathroom was so-so. Would stay again though!

There was rarely anyone at the reception so if you wondered something you had to wait a long time. The rooms were semi boring, rock hard bed. The shower was just a hose in the middle of the bathroom so the whole floor and the toilet were wet after showering. You didn't get a blanket, just a blanket with a rock-hard pillow. The accommodation was in the middle of Pai so the location was 10/10. However, it was loud in the evening because there were bars wall to wall. But for the price, I would still recommend the accommodation if you only stay a few nights.

The room is simple, comfortable and close to the walking street, all staff are so sweet and helpful, also they have a rooftop which is nice sunset view. Highly recommend this place 🫶🏽

Got my laundry done here. Well happy with the service and time it was done in. Was given the the option of sun or machine dried which is convenient. Definitely the freshest smelling my clothes have come in Asia.

I did not stay here, however it was the cheapest laundry spot in Pai that I could find ! It was 35baht per kilo for laundry and 65 if you need it fast tracked (same day). My clothes weren’t put in a dryer for once here in SE Asia and they smelt so so good. Best laundry spot in Pai and super central too!

It is excellent because even if it is in the center of Pai (even if you stay outside the center you can reach the center in a few minutes as Pai is tiny) because you have a single and quiet room with 300bath, but for two people there is a discount and more people even more discounts. They have great scents in the sheets.
