Just few minutes you can reach at Bang-Sak beach but it’s quite far from the market if you don’t have a 🚗 car. The room is very nice smells, clean and roomy also includes the equipment for the kitchen you can make food. The staff was very kind.

This is best place for long stay families. Staff is lovely and owner is very supoortive for your needs. It is very close to beach, has restaurant near entrance. Has pool facility and enough space for park you car. There a mini mart to buy daily needs.

Just home from a lovely 2 night break at Isara Khao Lak, what a delightful place, the houses are absolutely stunning, it was a little home away from home, spotlessly clean and so well equipped and really comfortable.We loved the pool just a few steps away from our little house, the location is perfect, 10 minute walk from the beautiful Pak Weep beach, plenty of local little eateries within walking distance.The owners and super kind and friendly, we will for sure make this our go to resort on future visits to Khao Lak.

Overall we loved our stay at Isara. We were initially a little disappointed as the photos online did not reflect the current state of the property. The gardens are not well maintained and there is a new multi-storey hotel at rear not pictured. The communal space where we envisaged having bbqs at night is also in desperate need of some attention. However this was an affordable alternative to expensive resorts in the area and we loved being self contained. We hired a car and this enabled us to travel around but you could also do this via taxi. We had a large group and stayed in adjoining apartments with a private pool which was amazing. Accommodation was clean, bright and spacious. If travelling with toddlers who require a cot, ensure you state in booking you require large cot. Accommodation is walking distance to local restaurants and 15 minutes walk to a white sandy beach with lots of kid friendly eating options. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay but these were dealt with by Nisa and her team relatively quickly. Breakfast was at an extra cost and limited (American or Thai) and room service available daily. Laundry and mini mart conveniently next door. Keep in mind the spa and shuttle are no longer in operation. Plenty of parking, 10 mins drive into Khao Lak if you want to check out the local market and nightlife. Be sure to travel to Takuapa for the architecture and the market to sample local produce and Thai specialties! Also make a visit to the Khao Lak Elephant sanctuary and the National Park and nearby waterfalls.

Due to a triple booking we couldn't check in.An older lady explained to us that the rooms belong to her son and that the administration via Bangkok keeps causing problems and that there are multiple bookings.The lady offered us another room in the complex opposite without direct pool access for 3000 Bath. It was still possible to use the pool, which we of course assumed, who wants to look for a new room in the evening.The room looked exactly like the one in the photo. It seems like everything was built and furnished at the same time.The service was perfect as described, we even received a second pan.The other rooms appear to be rented through another company. It is then called BKK Hotel @ Khao Lak and can be found on Google Maps with phone number (may only be labeled in Thai).Maybe it's better to make a reservation and pay directly on site.

Room conditions are a little dated.. really needs a revamp and touch-up..But for the price you are paying, you are getting a very big townhouse style building. Just expect lesser services and poorer room conditions.Overall, you get what you pay for.

Everything about Isara was amazing. The staff were so accommodating. Washing, food, horse riding, taxis… anything we needed it was provided…The best thing for us was it was pet friendly… so I was able to bring my bunny with me. She had full roam of the whole place, which was not only immaculate but was also huge… it felt like a second home. Everything was to hand, included a fully stocked fridge.I really can’t fault my stay. In fact I’ve now been there twice at two separate rooms and both were outstanding…Go!

This unique property is located in great location in Khaolak. Easy to get around and close to beaches and other spots for our lifestyle. Beautiful place with excellent services and activities they’ve got to offer.

Very good 8 day stay at Isara Villa. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: large, bright, well equipped. A garden and a large swimming pool are included. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive to any request! Special mention to Céline who took good care of us during our stay :-) Very beautiful beaches nearby!
