The lady is very kind, the room is very very spacious with air conditioning (thank goodness because you were dying) the structure is located on a canal that flows into the sea, which is suggestive. Nearby there are a local restaurant and a cafe

Despite the positive reviews, we cannot understand the price-performance ratio of this accommodation. The cost of €106 per night seems absurdly high compared to other accommodations in Thailand, where you usually pay between €30-50 per night for such accommodation.Negative aspects: the open toilet, limited privacy, a dark and cluttered room, average breakfast, non-working WiFi, no fridge and difficulty finding the hotel.Positive: authentic ambience, friendly hostess, air conditioning

A little disappointedDue to the excellent reviews and despite the very high prices, we stayed at Canale Boutique Stay for 7 nights. We are both a bit disappointed with this accommodation.The Thai owner is polite and always available, but could give few recommendations about Ko Kood. Her German husband was not there. The B&B is very well maintained and clean.The breakfast, fruit plate and egg of your choice, was ok, but not very varied.The two rooms of the B&B, which we lived in both one after the other, are very impractical and dark and almost absurdly cluttered with too much furniture. There are hundreds of decorative shells on the few shelves. However, a refrigerator and a kettle are missing. If you open the curtains, the neighbors and day-trippers can look into your room from 80cm away. We found the toilet standing open in the room with minimal privacy very unpleasant!The mini village of Ban Klong Mad is quite charming. However, the small fishing port has become a parking lot for speedboats driven by the former fishermen here.On our next trip to the magical Ko Kood we will look for a beach hut at a reasonable price.

Fantastic stay ! We loved everything about it. Deng and Rainer are fantastic hosts… great location right in the village… great coffee… would definitely love to come back some time!

Super great and helpful hosts. Reinhard and Daeng are the friendliest hosts we have ever experienced. And Reinhard also has barista qualities.The rooms are very spacious and absolutely clean. There are fresh towels every day. There is an open toilet in the room, but for shy people (like me) there is a closed hallway toilet right outside the room.Here you live in the middle of Thai people who are hard-working people and are active from 7 a.m. onwards.There are a few restaurants in the small village, but they often close their kitchens at 9 p.m. But with a scooter, which you can rent for 250 baht/day, you can be within a 5km radius of the next town or resort. They're open a little longer.Thanks again to Daeng and Reinhard.

Unique and surprising place. After the difficult impact, you will instead leave a piece of your heart here. B&B built on the water in a fishing village, run by a lovely German husband and Thai wife. After traveling around the world they opened this home stay with attention to the smallest details. Lovely breakfast with fresh fruit and freshly made omelettes. The rooms are made of wood and are equipped with every comfort, including a huge marble shower. The only flaw is the toilet in the room although separated by bamboo canes.

A truly wonderful home stay in Koh Kood. The hostess takes care of all your needs and serves a fantastic breakfast. The ferry arrives 100m from the house. Very affordable bikes for rent nearby. Very close to water falls and pristine beaches.

Superb little accommodation entirely in teak, very well arranged and tastefully decorated, the house is on stilts in a very pleasant fishing village, the hostess is simply adorable, hearty breakfast of very good quality, we will surely come back.
