Great place to stay.Spacious and clean villas with all you need and good kitchen , which is very nice to have with children.Nice and helpful staff who help to solve the problems.The location is convenient for traveling to any part of the island. If you have no bike it’s 5 min away from Chai Chet beach.There are several quite cheap cafes nearby and 7/11.

The best place on Chang!Who wants peace and tranquility, but at the same time everything is nearby - this is it!Yes, the sea is not the first line, but this is a plus. No one scurries around under the windows in swimming trunks)It’s quiet, many people live here for years.We lived in all types of houses and each type has its own flavor.Even the smallest bungalows are great and cozy!Recommended for those who are staying for a long time, prices for a month are much more interesting than for a short period.It’s even cheaper to pay for a month than to rent for 2-3 weeks daily.All around nature, all kinds of living creatures and silence!!

Very nice and quiet location. Lots of space outside and the bungalows are completely sufficient for 3 people with a baby, as the two rooms are very spacious.We feel very comfortable!

- 5 nights = 0 cleaning, I asked the staff and they answered that cleaning was only once a week, I have booked dozens of hotels on this app and its the first time I am seing that. No cleaning utensils or products either and we did 5 nights with the same 2 towels.- On the pictures it look like those modern clean villas, in reality its just a very old regular bungalow like you have everywhere on the island for half the price.- A/C is only in the bedroom which mean the main room is always super hot, you dont have any chair or real table that you can use in the main room, the only place you can sit is outside or on the bed.- The "flat TV" is a super small and old tv with a broken picture, red and green bar on half of the screen.- Slow wifi- Owner doesn't want you to pay on Booking but doesn't want credit card either.- If I hadn't booked 5 nights I would have left from the first, luckily after these 5 nights I moved to another hotel 5 minutes further where I paid twice as much for twice the quality. Really disappointing :/

Good day everyone, I want to share my review of the Fine Times Resort hotel, we are currently living there, rented for a month, booked in advance, we have a house of a superior category, modest, everything is clean, good bedding and towels, comfortable mattress, in a small kitchen there is everything you need (induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, frying pan, several pots, refrigerator) in the room there is a quiet and thoughtfully located air conditioner, it powerfully cools the room in a short time (the wooden house heats up in a day, we turn on the air conditioner for twenty minutes before going to bed and it is enough). In the bathroom everything is as usual, sink, toilet, shower, shampoo and shower gel are replenished. Cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels once a week.A very big plus is the location of the houses relative to the beach (about 5 minutes on foot), away from the road, quiet, shops and cafes nearby on the road. The houses are located at a distance from each other, each has its own separate terrace.The territory is large, a clearing with coconut palms, birdsong and their diversity are guaranteed to you.Separately, I would like to say about the managers - they are the Russian family Elena, Sergey and Pavel, very nice people, they help with many requests, they organized a transfer for us, they also have moped rentals and currency exchange. We are happy with everything here, I can recommend this hotel for a holiday to everyone.

We rented a bungalow house, everything was fine. At first we were afraid after reading reviews about scorpions, about stains on towels, about the fact that there is a scam regarding money. Believe me, I didn’t see anything like this in relation to us. The bungalows are modest, but they have everything: good, clean mattresses, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a toaster, an iron, a hairdryer. We had to replace the frying pan very quickly, as ours began to burn. If something is broken, it’s better to say that everything is replaced.
