So, this spot is smack dab in the middle of this lively 'party' town. You've got bars, restaurants, live music joints, tattoo parlors, and cool little gift shops all around. If that's your scene, you'll like it here.They've got a pool, which is nice, and the vibe around here is pretty chill. Plus, there's this good seaside spot next door where you can catch some killer sunsets.The rooms: those beds are like sleeping on rocks! I'm used to the firm Thai beds, but these take it to a whole new level. I couldn't get a wink of sleep with those springs jabbing at me. Thank goodness I only booked one night; otherwise, I'd be a total zombie. And seriously, they could use some bedside tables in those rooms – it's not like there's a shortage of space.

I'm not sure why the other reviews are so bad, we stayed for 7 nights and value for money was incredible. Clean, amazing location, friendly staff, peaceful, wonderful big room and bathroom. There is no food service on the premises but we knew that before but great location to walk into town. The pool was clean and lovely and overall we could not fault our stay, highly recommended for people that don't want a resort type accommodation.

The rooms did not seem clean in any way. We had a stay of 3 nights and were severely disturbed by ants and lizards that crawled inside our room. The staff were not particularly service minded. All in all, a rather unfortunate experience.

I can only confirm the bad experiences. Unmotivated staff, unkempt facility, dirty pool, no more restaurant. The only good thing is the proximity to the sea.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!Just made a review on google maps and they opened a new page to avoid old bad reviews.This place accepts reservations without refunds despite being full.Check that they really have the room before booking!We booked a superior room and when we arrived they gave us a bungalow in the back because they had no more rooms available. We wanted to book other nights, available on Agoda, but the staff told us that they were fully booked and that the site did not allow them to block the rooms.We don't know if it was the truth or simple discrimination against us.The place itself is nice but poorly maintained, the bathroom smelled like sewage all the time and the pool was always full of leaves.
