Thank you for your stay. Convenient location, near the market. Close to the beach. From the airport too. The room is quiet, no sounds. We lived with windows not facing the road 👍

Very pleased with this hotel! The rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable.Pastel is generally beyond praise, the linen is white, without stains, the material is very pleasant, the bed is comfortable, it’s a pleasure to sleep!The plumbing is all in good order, the bathroom is large, the rooms are spacious, the location is convenient! The beach is close, the airport is also nearby, street food is nearby, 7 eleven is nearby!The hosts are very hospitable, kind, and helpful!The windows overlook the street and nature, but some kind of construction is starting there...I stayed for 5 nights, first in a room with a balcony, windows facing the road, 3rd floor, I really liked the room, but the audibility with the balcony open is strong, to whom this is important, pay attention... I asked to change the room to the other side, - without any problems they immediately agreed, for which is very grateful!The second room does not have a balcony, but the windows are made in such a way that you feel like you are on the balcony!) The views are beautiful, at night crickets and cicadas, birds, toads - everyone is singing..👍 The room is also very good, there is everything, a kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, hot water, and as a bonus 2 bottles of water, which is nice!☺️, instant coffeeI highly recommend staying here!Goodness and prosperity to the owners!🙌

>> The nature-facing rooms without a balcony were pleasant.>> The rooms and toilets are well maintained, equipped with basic amenities such as a kettle, hair dryer, sugar, soap, and shampoo, all readily available.>> They do offer a laundry service, but it's a bit overpriced. Alternatively, you can find other laundry services within a 2 km radius.>> It's conveniently close to the airport, Naiyang Beach, and Mai Khao Flight Viewpoint Beach, but it's about a 1-hour ride to Patong Beach and Walking Street.>> For the price paid, it was extremely satisfactory considering the services provided.

The room was clean, but because facing the road, it wasn’t quiet. The staff on site didn’t speak English so it was difficult to communicate. During our barely 2-day stay we were also asked if technicians could clean the air condition in our room, which should take around 45min. We agreed provided it was done at an exact hour and while we were there (there was no safe in the room). It turned out that there was again some miscommunication because the technicians wouldn’t enter the room while we were present and continued their work in other rooms from the agreed hour. Finally, when I saw them going to yet another room, I asked them to get our air-con cleaned next, which worked. This whole situation was unnecessarily stressful and led to us wasting 2,5 hours of our short stay in Nai Yang.

Everything is good except the air conditioner is very hot. Using a fan is much cooler. The staff forgot to give water and coffee.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are perfect with a nice view. Staff is so helpful and friendly. And it is incredibly well located near the beach but also near the local market. Will definitely come back. Thank you.

I had it washed there. washed a pink item of clothing with my white laundry. I can throw everything away. Paid €14 for around €100 in damage.

Great hotel, really liked it. The price/quality ratio is excellent. Clean modern rooms, quiet, refrigerator, kettle, table. The hostess is pleasant and responsive. She helped carry things when checking in and out, although I said that I could handle it myself. We have a large family, so we took 2 rooms. )5 minutes to the beach.Towards the beach there is a money changer and a 7/11 store. There is also a cafe with delicious breakfasts.Massages right in this building.

The highest standard of accommodation we’ve stayed in, in months!!Extremely clean & everything felt brand new!Given lots of water & coffee sachets.Receptionist didn’t speak much English but nothing google translate couldn’t solve & they were extremely friendly!100% recommend and will stay here again!
