Very clean rooms, the cleaning service provided by the ladies is very good Room organized and clean Air conditioning not working properly

For the price i dont think you can beat it. Room has great air con + fan. Cheap water you can buy in the reception.The service was great. Got a terrible food poisoning our last day and they brought me water and tissues as well as let us check out 2 hours later while I was at the doctor.Theres really not much to complain about.Too many reviews whining about cleanliness etc, but its cheap and its thailand. What do u expect?

Great way to stay overnight. Very good value for money. Very clean compared to other providers on site.We can only recommend it.

They rushed us in a great hurry to check in before 7pm, when I made the reservation it did not specify a maximum time. The room without sheets to cover yourself. Still, it is well located to sleep 1 night without sharing a room in Phiphi

A bit difficult without air conditioning

The place wasn’t like in the photos and the bed sheets wasn’t clean We asked to change but they said that they didn’t have anymore. We stood there for 4 days and they just cleaned once and the smell wasn’t great

Good welcome, a little out of the way, close to access to the view point, the room is quite large with a private bathroom, the lady who takes care of maintenance is very friendly. A refrigerator in the room would be nice to keep drinks cold.

After listing it on Phi Phi Island and searching on Agoda.com and Booking.com, most of the low-priced rooms were dormitory rooms. While looking for accommodation in the 900-1000 THB price range, I found Harmony House and booked it.I sent a message in advance to ask for early check-in as the boat would arrive around 11:00 to 12:00, and the manager kindly responded that I would be able to check in as soon as the room was ready.I arrived at the accommodation around 13:00, checked in, and went to the room I was informed of, and it was on the first floor. It was a room with a fan, so it was very stuffy and it had a musty smell, so I went to the counter and asked for another room, and there was an air-conditioned room on the second floor, but I was assigned an air-conditioned room for an additional fee. I upgraded my room because the additional fee was not expensive, but it was much cooler and there was a balcony, so it was comfortable.Inside the room, there was 1 double bed / TV / air conditioner / wall fan / refrigerator / coffee pot / cup / 2 shampoos, 2 soaps / dressing table and chair.The bathroom had a sink and mirror/toilet seat/water heater and shower, but other than the slight musty smell and the tap water in the sink being a light yellow color, the water pressure was strong.If you go out to the balcony, you can see the view towards Phi Phi View Point and see travelers of various races passing by in the city alleys.Overall, it has comfortable rooms at a reasonable price and is located in the city center, so you can't hear the noise of beach parties at night, so it feels quiet and comfortable.Currently staying for 3 nights and planning to extend for 1 more night.I probably won't change my accommodation while staying on Phi Phi Island.

Given the comments we were a little afraid to stay in this hotel, but ultimately, for backpackers it is very suitable. Room quite spacious and with furniture to store your belongings, comfortable bed (not hard) ditto for the pillows, hot water (very hot, a bonus), not noisy, sufficient fan (3 nights and no need for air conditioning), clean and very pleasant staff. You can book your trips with them too, it’s good value for money! In short, I recommend
