I recently stayed at Coco Bella Hotel on Phi Phi Island, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would.The staff at this hotel are shockingly rude and unhelpful. From the moment I arrived, I was treated as if I were an inconvenience rather than a guest. The front desk staff were particularly horrible, displaying an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. Any time I approached them with a question or request, I was met with eye-rolls and dismissive responses, talking in there language and making fun of us. They seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than helping guests.Be aware as they are also scammer they look for any reason to take the deposit you pay at check-in or will keep your passport. When you’ll try to check out they’ll tell you, that you have to pay extra for any sort of damage. We decided to call the police but had a ferry to catch so had no but paid extra to get my passport back.

Staff here is very rude. We checked in on 24th september and then decided to extend our stay. Extended our stay through goibibo and informed the reception. While checking out they tried charging us for the room booked online. My wife is pregnant and they kept us waiting for 1 hour saying you need to pay extra.They charged us 700tbh exta for not changing the room which we weren't informed about and they checked our online booking while we were checking out.There was no green bag in our room but we had to pay for 200tbh for it, when we said that it wasn't there in the room they started talking in there local language and started making fun of us.Thinking we our outsiders, they tried to steal from us and misbehave with us as they had my wife's passort which they took while we checked in.This is clearly not the experience we wish for when we come to explore a place.Humanity, kindness and good behavior is something we wish to see in the staff to make our stay and visit more comfortable.Really disappointed, not worth the money.

We were pleasantly surprised by the room, very comfortable, clean and modern. It had a balcony overlooking the pool, so our nights were very quiet. The guy who carried our suitcases from the port is super friendly, the receptionist quite dry. The location is very good. The only bad thing is that they didn't clean the room and between the humidity and sand it became a little uncomfortable. The phenomenal quality-price ratio. Of course, the breakfast was very bad, there was almost nothing and what little there was was not good.

Really nice accommodation.Great location in Phi Phi close to everything!Pool was nice and clean with good chill vibes.Restaurant on site offers nice food and drinks! Staff in the restaurants were really nice and attentive.Only a couple of negatives, music from the beach on a couple of nights could be heard but nothing too drastic.Reception staff could be friendlier and more approachable.But overall really nice stay.We booked for 3 nights ended up staying for 6!Also, they have staff to greet you at the port to help you with your bags to the hotel, just keep an eye out for them!Will be recommending to friends 😁

The worse service in Thailand, we booked 2 adults and 1 child, they “don’t charge the kid” but there is not towels, extra pillow or any additional for the extra, I don’t mind to pay some extra money for good service I am not asking for additional bed, just 1 pillow and 1 towel and they said no. Bad gestures from the staff and honestly, recommended just for party people, nothing else, don’t book if you have family.

I spent 3 nights in this hotel, we had a very modern, comfortable, clean and well located room.The bed is really comfortable, and the room has a very cool detail with colored lights.It has a quite jovial atmosphere.They picked us up from the port on the way out, they carried all our backpacks to the hotel, and the same thing to leave :)Detail to improve, we did not have cleaning service on any of the days, which as the days went by made the floor full of sand, the toilet paper finished and not replaced, etc. become a little uncomfortable.Breakfast is correct. There are fruits, Thai food, pancakes, brownies, mini croissants and salad.The treatment of the guy who brought us the backpacks was very helpful, more or less from the reception.

The hotel is ideal if you want to go out partying at night since the music is heard very loud until early morning. I don't recommend bungalows because their mattress is a rock. That said, it has a good pool and is located in the center.

We stayed for 2 nights, the pool and its surroundings are not bad and the room has the necessary facilities. The bed is large and comfortable but I'm not sure about the cleanliness of the sheets. The air conditioner is not bad and meets the needs. The towels smelled really bad so we couldn't use them. Located in the most lively spot of the island, life continues until the morning. Close to fire shows. The breakfast is not bad, it has a variety like all the hotels on the island, but do not have any expectations about taste and quality.During our stay, there was renovation going on around the hotel and they started working around 8-9 in the morning. It can be noisy at times. Additionally, there may be a little noise at night due to the cafes/bars around, but the sound insulation of the rooms is not bad.European young people generally stay at the hotel. It can be preferred for an economical and moderately comfortable accommodation.

Fabulous resort In an amazing area of Phi Phi. Walking distance to everywhere on the island.If you get a room facing the road it can be quite loud & they are extending the resort so there is construction going on at the moment.The pool is fab!!They have security at night too which is great.Would 10000% stay here again.
