Stayed there for like a week with my partner and here are my opinions about the hotel.Pros:- Good location, near the night market, restuarants, bars, convenience store, and morning fresh marketCons:- Awful internet connection- Hard and high pillows. Couldn't sleep properly, so we asked for new ones but they were just the same.- No daily drinking water provided as well as shampoo and soap. Had to ask for it almost every day.- Noisy maids in the morning, seemed a bit hostile :(- Unsafe environment, there was a creepy stranger knocking on our door twice. When one of us opened the door, he tried to look inside, mentioned our room number, weirdly smiled, and left??? We tried to contact the staff, and she said she would check it for us on CCTV, but there was no calling back. That was the last straw for us, so we decided to leave despite the fact that there was still one more night left at the place.- Unhelpful staff, after we decided to check out, we went to the receptionist desk and asked who the creepy guy was. She just gave us an indifferent smile without any proper answer and didn't show any sign to take any action or responsibility for that. And we left that night.Note: On the third or forth day of our stay, the air-conditioner was broken, so we were moved to a new room. When we were packing up our stuff, one of the maids explicitly expressed impatience and disatisfaction like we were wasting her time :(

The room has a desk but no power socket to plug a laptop into. Asked for an extension lead. Nothing available. You can't remove the hangers from the wardrobe so lifting heavy coats is problematic. Bathrooms and place in general is run down. It is nice and clean though.

In the heart of the city, close to bars and restaurants. There is no hot water kettle in the room when the staff keep the room. It's better to walk down the stairs.

Great hotel, walking distance from easily renting a scooter, restaurants (pad thai for 50 baht!), three different food markets, etc. It’s a joy to stay in Krabi Town (instead of Ao Nang which is terribly touristy).

Nice hotel but it’s getting older. Amazingly priced right in the heart of Krabi town. Almost everything is within walking distance. Great and warm staff. Very helpful.
