Far from the beach, the rooms are dingy and dirty, they look like rooms for the homeless, even at a low price, I will never go back there and I don't recommend it. There is a lot of garbage around. The description of the room did not match what was ordered. Instead of mountains and the sea, it was just a mountain of garbage.

It's ok for a couple of nights, being high on a hill, it's not easy to move around with suitcases, but the staff helps. The rooms are simple, the furniture is old, the towels are shabby and full of holes, the audibility is excellent😉.

Most dirty hotel of all time. I found a lot of mold on my pillow, under the cover. We can’t sleep here because it’s too dirty, and we have to check out early. Run away.

One of the worst places I've stayed in my life. Better to sleep on the beach. We woke up to insects, there is no air conditioning, the bed is super uncomfortable. And the place seems to be falling apart.

Compared to other places in PP Island, it is cheap here. It's hard to go up a bit. But after leaving, the room has the best view.

It's horrible, it's better to sleep on the floor than in those beds the neighbors make up ones so that no one can sleep, the air doesn't work, there are bugs everywhere, light comes in everywhere.

The property had an obstructed view of the island but I was more concerned with the cleanliness of the room and property. The room had a smell and the sheets on the bed were stained. Outside the room along the walk way had trash laying around. It was more so secluded from the city area than I hoped. I booked a stay for two nights but when I arrived I didn’t feel very safe as a female traveler. I regret not taking pictures but I was more concerned about finding an alternative place to stay. The property required a 500 bht deposit for the key. I understand that there was a no cancellation policy but I did try to offer and pay for one night and get refunded for the second. I was hoping that the customer service would help me out but the property denied my request. It really breaks my heart to write a one star review. :(

The staff is very helpful. Our luggage was carried up and made sure the air conditioning was working. However, the rooms are small and the beds were unfortunately the hardest we have had in Thailand. After two nights we had severe back pain and headaches. The pillows were also unusable because they had mold spores. (Be sure to always look under the cover!) The bathroom was okay. However, the water is difficult to drain when showering. We had to push it to the drain with our flip flops, otherwise the floor would have been wet throughout. The view from the balcony, however, is great. Especially during the rainy season, as the “basin” is then filled with water. The gym on the ground floor is probably the highlight of the property. Guests are allowed to use it for free and there are also some people from out of town. My partner thought it was great to exchange ideas with others there. The location was also okay as Koh Phi Phi is not big. But you have to climb a few steps to get to the accommodation. This can quickly become tiring with luggage. The price was really cheap compared to other accommodations on Koh Phi Phi. There were no insects in the room and the bed was clean. Therefore completely okay for 1-2 days. However, we wouldn't do anything more to our backs.

I found it very neglected, small room, very small and uncomfortable bathroom for the shower, broken curtain, and rust, also noisy. But the visit of the monkeys on the roofs is beautiful.

Its a cheap place but you got everything you need. Lights are really bright and white. The gym is really old… but it can work. If you want to get a bit rest from all the party its a good place. But when the wind is inland you hear the music loud!! No monkeys and no mosquitoes. It has the best view i have seen yet

Excellent, budget hotel, the room is clean, calm, there are monkeys in the jungle, if you are gaping they can enter the room, they are quite impudent.

The bungalow is perfect. You enter from one door and from the other you overlook the mountains for a spectacular view. In comparison, visiting the view point would be useless! Beautiful view. Paradoxically it has perfectly working sockets but there are only 2. The staff are friendly, nice and always on the lookout. Only flaw is it's on the hills, you have to walk a bit

This "hotel" does not meet any standard that a basic hotel should meet - I did not feel safe, I could not sleep well because of the mattress and I had no privacy.The bathroom door does not close and there is a musty smell. A clump of hair in the shower that came with the room.Terrible noise from the air conditionerbed as hard as a rock (literally)Flickering lightThere is no towel rackWe asked for room service and they didn't comeEvery step someone takes in the room farthest from you in the corridor feels like an earthquake and you can hear every breath of the neighboring rooms.One night at four o'clock the neighbors made so much noise that I thought the building would collapseAnd of course - how could it not be, at one point we simply had no water (neither in the sink nor in the shower nor in the toilet!) No one informed us of this.The "resort" is located on a hill, so good luck.We won't be back, of course, and we certainly won't recommend it to you
