I was very excited to celebrate my birthday in a hotel that seemed ideal. But it was quite a disappointment. The arrival was terrible. Although we already knew that we had to take a long tail to the hotel since otherwise it was not possible to access it, we did not imagine such bad attention from the staff. The long tail leaves you close to the shore, where the water reaches a little above your knee. But making your way on foot, over pebbles that get stuck in your feet, with your suitcases on top so they don't get wet, takes forever. Since you are going slowly because you don't know where you are stepping and you don't want to fall and get your luggage wet. When we got to the shore, we had wounds and cuts on our feet that could become infected… no one from the hotel helped us disembark, carry our suitcases to the shore, nothing at all. For example, they should have a walkway so you can get closer to the shore without having to have a hard time, this would not contaminate and would improve the customer experience. Shameful that the hotel turns a blind eye, as if they had nothing to do with your arrival to their beach. But then they have agreements with the boatmen who are there waiting to take the tourists.After waiting for a while, they finally came in a golf cart and took us to the reception, where they served us a juice (included in the price of the accommodation and which is served to everyone) and they had the courtesy of disinfecting my wounds. . We had to wait about three hours, because our room was not ready until 3pm. Upon entering the room, I was expecting some welcome gift for my birthday, an invitation, a discount at the restaurant or at least some of the decorations that hotels usually use for special occasions. Nothing. My day wasted in an isolated hotel where you have NOTHING to do but enjoy the beach. But if you are unlucky and it is cloudy or raining like it happened to me, say goodbye to that. It is true that there are excursions that can be done with a guide, for which you pay a lot, but they are not suitable for people who do not like climbing and climbing. In addition, walking around the area is not exciting either because of the huge palm trees with coconuts that with a little wind can fall. It is very dangerous.⚠️ Also in the room, despite there being many mosquito nets, there were cracks and holes in the bathroom through which all the mosquitoes entered at night. I got stung by a few. And to top off the stay, on the last day at breakfast, some of the food from the buffet (exposed to the sun for hours) must have made me feel terrible and I had food poisoning. On the last day, since I wanted to have dinner properly and not from their restaurant, we left the hotel by boat again, thus losing half a day and one night that we had reserved. The hotel reassured us that they would help us get a refund. But as of today (three days have passed) I still haven't gotten any response. It seems as if they are ignoring the messages from the agent and me... Really, although it is true that the location is beautiful and unique, it is more worth taking a trip to it to admire it, and staying the night in a hotel in Railay or Ao Nang, to spend a few quiet days, in a proper hotel, with all the comforts, services, and attention. There is a lot of offer in the area, and although they are not on an almost private beach, they offer you security. Which is essential when traveling to a country that is not your own.Update: It's been three weeks and I still haven't heard back from them.

We had splendid time staying three nights at Tinidee. Location was superb. View was majestic. Food was fabulous. Will defintely come again to Tinidee soon.

A beautiful private hotel, we really enjoyed our experience here. The staff were so polite and such a pleasure. Only downside is it’s really difficult to get here/leave with suitcases and we found that quite stressful. Also you can’t stay out late in ao nang as boats stop running after a certain time to tonsai beach where the hotel is located therefore, it’s really hard to venture out and explore. Other than that this hotel is stunning.

A Memorable Family Vacation at Tinidee Hideaway Tonsai Beach, KrabiOur family recently had a wonderful vacation at Tinidee Hideaway Tonsai Beach, and we still feel like we are in a dream. From the moment we stepped into the resort, we were impressed by the pristine and majestic natural scenery, with the stunning beach right before our eyes.Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking sea view. Our kids loved the pool and the beach, where they could swim and build sandcastles all day long. What reassured me the most was that the beach was very clean and safe, perfect for families with young children.The staff here were very friendly and enthusiastic, always willing to help and suggest suitable activities for us. We participated in an exciting mountain hike and enjoyed kayaking around the coast as a family. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was especially delightful, with a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied even the pickiest eaters.What we truly loved about Tinidee Hideaway was the absolute comfort and relaxation we experienced. The fresh air and peaceful environment made all our stress melt away. This is truly an ideal place for the family to enjoy bonding moments and create unforgettable memories.

The resort is located on the beautiful Tonsai beach which has no road access, hence it's quiet. The resort is surrounded by amazing and beautiful array of limestone towers. It has restaurant but one can also trek to the famous Railey beach which offered more choices. The trek is not too hard if one has good legs.We love the resort, but they are two things which may be better according to our opinion. First, the hotel area should be non-smoking. When I walked around the area of the resort, I encountered quite number of cigarette butts. In addition, when I strolled around after dinner, I could smell cigarette smoke from the bungalow which has smoker who was smoking. A few designated smoking areas should be provided for smokers.Second, the window in our room cannot be opened. I think, the hotel has a good reason to not allowed the window to be opened, however, personally I've just love to have cool sea breeze at night provided that there was a mosquito net at the window.

I stayed here for 1 night.There are 2 ways to reach the accommodation:1. From Railay Beach West (If the water recedes, you can walk across the mountain. There will be a rope and a walkway to follow.) I chose this method because in the morning I came to climb the mountain at Phra Nang Cave and the tide was low. If using the boat service, there would be a 300 baht charge.2. Take a long-tail boat from Ao Nang. Come down to Ton Sai Bay (should be 100 baht per person if there are 6 or more members).I checked in at 3:00 p.m. and received a welcome drink, which was considered impressive.There will be a golf cart driven to your room. The room I received was room 007. When I got to the room I found that the air conditioner was not turned on. (I don't know if this is the policy of the accommodation or not.) But from experience staying in other hotels.The air conditioner is always turned on before guests arrive. The golf cart driver picked up the bags and came to turn on the air conditioning and found that the air conditioner was abnormal. (It was stuck but not cool) so I called a technician to come in and look at it and fix it. I think it's normal. So I went to take a shower for about 20 minutes and came out thinking that the room would be cool. But it appeared that the air conditioner was not cool at all. The wind outside the room is still cooler. So inform the front desk. Then another technician came to look. Adjust something. I waited another 10 minutes to see if the air conditioner could cool down. But in the end it wasn't cool. The technician informed me that I might have to change rooms. So I asked to go check at another house. I kept waiting, but no one came to report anything. So I called the front desk again. Report about air conditioner The receptionist asked me if it was the report about the air conditioner dripping, right? I said not at all. I had to explain again that it was a matter of the air conditioner not being cool. And the technician came to look and no one told me what to do next. So the employee told me to wait again for about another 5 minutes and called to ask if there were any activities I needed to do outside. Because another room is being prepared it takes time. I replied that I didn't have any and waited on the balcony of that room until around 5:00 p.m., so I was told to move to room 008, which is next door. (I think it takes a very long time to solve the problem. despite checking in from 3:00 p.m.) If the hotel has a thorough inspection and being ready to manage would not take this much time When I moved to a new room They didn't give me the key again. I had to call and inform them that the key was inserted inside. I went to check but it wasn't the room key. The employee called to inform that I checked again and the technician took it. Then I brought it again. This is what shows the lack of professionalism in the service. There is no coordination to know about it. Let the guest be the one to check. I was more irritated than I could rest.Inside the room is clean and neat. But there was a problem with ants and insects getting in. Found 4 on the bed and had to take them out and throw them outside.The accommodation turns off the air conditioning at 10 a.m. When it's turned off, it's very hot.There was also the constant sound of people cutting grass. I don't know if it's just during this time that I went to stay while he was cutting the grass.Rate the view of the accommodation. The beach is rocky and cannot swim. and rate the service at the restaurant. Delicious food, good service I consider it admirable.On the way back if you want to return to Ao Nang. There is a long-tail boat available. You can join with guests in other rooms. or other hotels, 6 members or more, 100 baht per person

The place , the staff, the service, the ambience and the view were all good. Really enjoyed our staycation here. Just a minor letdown, the shower room, might need to recheck as the water didn’t not drain properly.
