1, there is an unpleasant smell in the area of sewage. 2 There is a nice view but you have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the room. 3 I checked out at 9:30 in the morning and there was no one to give me back the deposit on the key, so the money stayed there and there was no one to talk to. I tried by phone and it didn't work.. Enjoy :)

Pleasant stay. The rooms have aircon which helped with the heat.Floors were nicely tiled which helps for all the sand on the island.You need to pay a 500THB deposit for the key. Although the locks didn’t work very well.The beds were not as comfortable as in a hotel but 10 times better than a hostel.

Quite an awful experience really..The room looks absolutely nothing(!) like the one in the pictures. It’s quite disguisting, bugs everywhere and it smells like sewers constantly. Yes it’s cheap so if you need to save money, sure it might be an option. But just keep in mind that you’re not paying for whatever the pictures are showing

Doesn't match the cover. Booked on Agoda and put pictures of other hotels.Plus the pins weren't pinned straight and looked dirty. We moved hotels immediately. As for the reservation, cancel it all and forfeit the money for free.

It's a total dive.It stinks there.Holes in the walls and ceiling.A broken shower and a leaking washcloth.The walls are very dirty, the doors and the spring mattresses from 20 years ago are all sunken.Just a tragedy.Never book.In addition, the manager charges an additional 500 bars for the key, which is not included in the advertisement.

Horrible experience. Aircon wasn’t working and room had no airflow and when we spoke to the owner about it (we wanted to see if maybe they had a room with just a fan or something) he got defensive and aggressive - telling us we were the problem / that the aircon does work and we were lying etc. I didn’t feel comfortable around him at all, so we decided to stay elsewhere and he pointed directly at me and told me I was the problem & that he didn’t like me. Never had an experience like this before - usually find Thai people to be so sweet and respectful. Wasn’t expecting anything much due to the cheapness of the place, but didn’t anticipate such rude and aggressive ownership. Not nice :(

Not recommended. Bad location in the reservation application (half an hour walk) after finding it and telling the worker about it, he says that the fault is that people are watching their cell phones and not the 40 Thais waiting at the port asking where you are going (between those he was in). Room: lousy mattress in which you feel every last spring and to make matters worse when you turn on the bathroom tap the water comes out in fits and starts andbrown for 3 minutes after stopping coming out. The explanation was that he had missed turning on the water. We lasted 5 minutes. Don't go.

To get to the hotel you have to climb some very long stairs, but the views from the rooms on the "right" are beautiful, the rooms on the left face the hallway and it is hot. There is no refrigerator, the laundry can take almost a while to deliver the clothes. 2 days, the toilet clogs easily.

Loads of steps to get up there with no help provided! All other properties have staff in hand to help you ! Room in terrible condition and overpriced for the quality you get. Paid 130 pounds of hard earned money for a 3 night stay in Phi Phi for a dream holiday and walked out from the first day . There was blood on the sheets and the walls had holes in them! The owner need to give some love to this property because she is damaging her own business! She wasnt rude and seemed that she was bothered that her place didnt meet any of our expectations. Me and my wife debated for an hour if we would even attempt to sleep in that room but the aircondition wasnt even working! I wasnt going to let that ruin my holiday in Phi Phi so i walked away and paid loads of money from my spending money to stay somewhere decent!

If I were you would avoid staying at this place. The couple who runs this guest house is only interested in your money overcharging for the rooms and not maintaining in good conditions. We were friends staying in different times and we ALL had problems with them. If you are there for short time maybe you won’t face their dark side, but if you stay for long periods be prepared! The only reason that I choose this place was because of view of the balcony, but in the end if I go back to PhiPhi I wouldn’t stay at this place because of the couple, they make your life harder, they are not friendly at all and the man can become very aggressive.
