I think that in few places I have been as unhappy as in this hotel, is it any coincidence that booking doesn't let me put up the survey? I don't believe it. The state of the rooms is unfortunate, the dirt throughout the “resort” the basic rooms at least, they are in the center of the party, you can hear everything…. We asked for the option to change rooms and they charged us a crazy amount.

Hotel right on the very beautiful beach, but behind the commercial street with bars and restaurants. I don't know if you can sleep because of the music just a few meters away.

Very conflicting impressions... Good location, everything is nearby. Territory is ok. Excellent breakfasts. First line, cool washers after the sea. There are many affectionate cats and kittens on the territory. Cool pool. So we got to the main thing... The rooms are simply miserable, a cave!!! Moreover, the rooms are of a higher level. Air conditioning... consider it missing. You will be dying of stuffiness all night. There is Wi-Fi, but consider it not there, it doesn’t load anything. The bed is ugly. There are no dryers for beach clothes in the room. In general, I recommend choosing another hotel, you won’t go wrong.

Booked based on a recommendation. rooms are as basic as it gets, breakfast was average andcservice was lacking, but for the price we paid we cant complain. The pool was fantastic, so is the view and the hotel is near all main attractions so that was fantastic. They also have a restaurant tight on the beach. Great atmosphere, average food.

This is where the location is.The biggest advantage is that the sea is 2 minutes away, and the swimming pool is large and has a great view. The view from having breakfast is also fantastic.And the staff are really friendly. It's heaven for cat lovers.It's close to the port and right in front of the main street. If location is important to you, you can make a reservation here.The downside is that it's near the beach club, so it's noisy at night. It's noisy until about 2 am. Also, the building and rooms are a bit old, so I recommend not having high expectations. The room had a strong cleaning smell, so it didn't suit me. There was no problem with the air conditioner, water pressure, or refrigerator.

Hotel not recommendable at all unless you are not observant in anything!Small room with 2 single beds pushed together and 1 single duvet placed across, very stiff mattress not to mention the stone that will serve as a pillow!Air conditioning that runs in the middle of the room and makes an impossible noise, bathroom with very outdated toilet (wear socks to shower at the risk of fungus, etc.)Location close to the beach and something to party for those who wish.

The dirtyness of the rooms are mind blowing. I could not beileve how dirty the room was. The water coming from bathroom was salty, probably sea water.SheetsBut the receptionists were very very helpful, we paid to upgrade to Princess hotel, it was much more cleaner.

A shameful hotel, to begin with the photos are a lie!! The pool is not on the seafront, it is dirty and old, old doors in the room and unpainted, disproportionate size of the room, you cannot walk and have your suitcase on the floor at the same time. A shame really, I traveled all over Thailand and this is the worst hotel I saw.

The hotel's location is very good, with quick access to the south beach.Best of all, you can use the facilities and grounds of the adjacent Hotel Princess, and breakfast is also served at the same venue, so you can spend a very luxurious time at an affordable price.The room is compact and the shower is salt water, but the benefits outweigh that.This is a highly recommended hotel for those who want to stay cheaply on Phi Phi Island!

We loved our stay at the pp princess and Charlie hotels!The IMPRESSIVE pool, the super rich and varied breakfast with delicious juices and natural fruits!! The SUPER FRIENDLY staff, some of the pool bar, the guys who help you carry your luggage and the girls at reception!!!The rooms are a little older and the bed a little hard! We didn't have any noise, you could hear it outside the room! But inside super good!!!Excellent stay!
