I am giving 1 star bcz there is no option to give negative rating. We booked this hotel for 2 days but unfortunately had to check out after Day 1 because of following cons:1) the property is far away from the harbour for which you have to take private boat taxi each time you wish to visit the main area near harbour which is an additional cost burden to be kept in mind before booking this property.2) highly disappointed with the maintenance. Rooms and bathroom were stinky.3) Food service is pathetic specially for Indians as you will not find anything for vegetarians neither in their menu or breakfast buffet. So if you are travelling with kids then be mindful as you will end up having nothing for them.4) if you were around monsoon season then beware of creepy insects like earthworms all around the property.5)staff was very rude. I found this attitude towards Indians and AsiansPros: you can have a good view from rooms

The hotel can only be reached by long-tail boats. This makes it very loud. The rooms are very simply furnished, but clean.

It looks very nice in the photos.Unfortunately, the opposite is true, the rooms are very poorly maintained (mold, broken walls, tap that barely works, curtain that does not close properly, no curtain at all on a window, shower does not heat up properly, ants everywhere, etc. ).The employees were very friendly and eager to help.From the 'resort' it is an hour's walk to the pier for something to eat, as you cannot do this at the 'resort'. They recommend having something to eat at the neighbors (another resort) and also lying on the beach there.The boat to the pier costs THB 100 p.p. and THB 150 p.p. in the evening.In short, we are unfortunately very disappointed and feel a bit fooled.

Nice rooms, service and location. Breakfast can be improved.The whole island is full of rubbish.We will be back, i hope this time i wont have to collect rubbish from the nearest beaches.We stayed in the beginning of February - high season.

THEY ARE CURRENTLY DOING CONSTRUCTION! I was really upset there was nothing said about this. Starts at 7am every morning and goes till 5. If I would have known I absolutely wouldn’t have booked.Pros:-Super nice beach-staff was friendlyCons:-beds are AWFUL. I’ve stayed at over 5000 hotels in my life (I’m a hotel photographer/videographer) and this is by far the worst bed I’ve ever been on. Literally sleeping on concrete is more comfortable. Your back will be ruined after staying here.-it’s a great location if you want to do nothing but chill on the beach, but there’s only 3 restaurants (one of which we got food poisoning) all are pretty expensive compared to in town. It’s also 100 baht pp to get into town. So just a pain if you plan on going into town a bunch.-there’s no showers to wash your feet so prepare to bring tons of sand into the room. Also no fridge for cold water.-I don’t care much about wifi, but know the wifi is pretty much non existent.-last con is the construction at the bungalows they have going on.As a whole I wish I either just stayed in town or booked one of the other resorts on Long Beach that was a few dollars more.

Well the location is great also the rooms were clean but, the service is terrible.First of all, the rooms are far away from the checkpoint. And not just that also in the hills. Our room was in the second floor of a distant building, but unfortunately, there was no help to carry these huge bags to the room. Nor from the taxi boat or to the taxi boat which literally is in the ocean. I think there should be a people to help carry the heavy bags as the rooms are far also in hill. It gets extremely hard in the hot weather to do so, first carry the bag from the ferry point then have a long walk then again carry it to the hill. The hotel should be considerate regarding this. But also have to mention and appreciate when we were going back a kind person from the hotel did offer to help me carry the bag the the boat point. But this was just kindness from him, I have seen people suffering with this problem. This should be kept in mind!

The room was dirty, the dust was very thick. The crevices are not cleaned. I don't know how it can be called a villa.The other room that was reserved had to be moved because the air conditioner was not cool.Old dirty bathroom There are no chairs in the room as in the picture. And the picture doesn't match the cover! It's like an apartment that is 500 baht per night, not worth paying for both rooms.When booking the plunge pool room, you saw in the picture that there was a divider between the rooms. Adds privacy, but doesn't match the cover. In fact, there isn't any.And the pool in the room can't open the jacuzzi.There was no WiFi signal and no one offered to help.The air conditioner in the room is not cool. Old air conditioner, old dust, very dirty.Booked two rooms, standard and plunge pool, for 3 nights.Anyone thinking of booking, please run away! Because the employees do not have Compensation or helpfulCan't ask for a refund. The employee informed that there were no refund conditions. which the hotel is not ready to provide much service Should be closed for maintenance.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts.On the downside: music from the bar sometimes prevents you from falling asleep in the evening, but by 11 p.m. everything usually calms down.

We really enjoyed our stay here, loved our room, all the staff here were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you from reception, the breakfast staff and the cleaners who serviced our room every day without fail bringing us fresh towels, water etc. the location was perfect for us, right on the beautiful sandy beach away from the hustle and bustle. They even organised our private longtail trip to Maya Bay. I would definitely stay there again.Thank you to all the wonderful staff @ Phi Phi Long beach resort for making our stay so enjoyable 🙏

After the bad reviews here, we were really a bit afraid of the stay, but it was completely unfounded. When we arrived on the longtail boat, our luggage was taken directly to reception and we had something to drink during check-in. The rooms are neat, clean and nice and big. The door could only be secured with a padlock, but we never had any concerns about it. A ceiling light didn't work and was repaired immediately. The rooms were freshened every day and new towels and water were provided. The staff tried very hard and were always able to help us despite their limited knowledge of English. Sometimes they seem a bit bored and not as friendly as, for example, in the neighboring hotel.Breakfast is OK. There is a selection of fruit, toast, jam, freshly prepared egg dishes, ham and also Thai dishes. Coffee, tea, juice and water were also available. Totally sufficient for us, although after 4 days it was a bit monotonous.The beach is great, there are enough loungers available and the pool is nice too, it's just a little smaller than the pictures suggest. In my opinion the most beautiful beach on phi phi in Long Beach, not as crowded and overcrowded as others. There are 6 resorts on the beach, all of which have small restaurants. And when there was no place to eat in the hotel, we had no problems finding something good. You can only get to and from the hotel by taxi boat, which runs sufficiently often and long enough (100TBH until 6 p.m. and 150TBH from 6 p.m.).All in all a nice hotel for 3-4 nights if you don't want to be in the middle of the party mile. There were many families or couples there.

As mentioned in other reviews, this hotel has a great location. However the rooms, staff and the services are pathetic.The staff will not help you carry luggage as the rooms are very far and have a steep climb. Book only if you are really tight on your budget.We found a lizard in our bathroom couldn’t do much about it.

Hotel is quite old, poorly maintained. Room service may also come by after repeated inquiries. In 5 nights I received room service on two of the nights after asking often, and on the other days I received nothing despite asking and leaving the key at reception.But three stars because there is fresh fruit for breakfast and a climate and the price is still fair. Just please don't book through Agoda, they charged me more than what was shown.

I recently stayed at this secluded hotel with stunning beaches, perfect for those seeking tranquility. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The washroom was so dirty that I had to request cleaning, yet even after that, the mirror was still smeared with toothpaste, and the floors remained untouched. To make matters worse, I discovered a small cockroach in the bed, and the towels smelled unwashed.Despite these setbacks, I decided to stay and enjoyed the place as the staff was exceptionally friendly (like most people in Thailand!).On the brighter side, the breakfast was fantastic, with vegetarian options available daily. The hotel provided chairs and beds on the beach, and the pool was decent. While the hotel didn't always offer lunch and dinner, nearby options were available. The fair price even included taxi boat services to and from the pier, making transportation hassle-free.
