Quite disappointing. Reception staff very unprofessional, not welcoming and no interest in hearing any problems. We booked to stay here for one month whilst we waited for our Visas and to focus on our fitness. The Aircon in the gym didn’t work, and after asking reception when we first arrived they told us a date 2 and a half weeks later for when it will be fixed. It’s 30 degrees + and the gym is barely usable and impossible to do a proper workout because it feels like a sauna. We asked reception again (after the date they told us it was getting fixed) and the lady at reception laughed under her breath. We have stayed here 1 month and they clearly don’t care for the comfort and happiness of their guests. I cannot recommend for people to stay here unfortunately and if you do I would only use this place to stay for a few nights if waiting for a flight out. Photos of this place do it way more justice than in real life. Staff certainly need speaking to about how to communicate with customers

The night shift staff on 11/5/67 provided very poor service. The air conditioner was not cool. Anyone thinking of taking a break would be better off changing to another place. So you don't have to feel bad about hotels in Phuket. Once is enough to know about this hotel.

The price I paid for the room exceeded my expectations, considering the quality of accommodation provided.The one-bedroom apartment-style room I stayed in was clean and adequately sized for a couple. I appreciated the availability of plates and cookingware, making it convenient for those who prefer to prepare their own meals.However, my experience was marred by the frustrating internet connectivity issues. Despite attempting to connect multiple times, even in the early hours of the morning, I couldn't log in or use the internet effectively. For travelers relying on a stable internet connection, I would caution against choosing The Happy Place Condominium.Additionally, there was a lack of clarity regarding check-out procedures. When I checked in, I informed the front desk that I would be checking out at 6:30 am. However, I was not given any further instructions. Consequently, when I attempted to return the key at 7 am, no one was present at the main lobby, and the door was locked. This lack of guidance left me feeling uncertain about how to proceed with check-out.In summary, while the location and affordability of The Happy Place Condominium are appealing, the unreliable internet connection and lack of clear check-out instructions may deter some guests. If internet accessibility and smooth check-out procedures are essential to your stay, I would recommend exploring alternative accommodation options. Glad that I only booked for a night.

Excellent place, it has a pool with a good view and a gym. The beach is also 5 minutes away by motorbike. Regarding the rooms, everything is well equipped.

Nothing like the pictures. It's a rundown place needing a lot of care. Maybe, it was good when it opened, now it looks like no one cares. The playground is a safety hazard, all the walls on common areas need painting. The apartment I stayed in was just ok (good bed, terrible sofa)
