I chose this hotel to spend just one night in Ao Nang. The price of the room is very good compared to what you get. :)The room is spacious, it was very clean upon arrival, the location was very comfortable since at night we went for a walk and arrived at good restaurants, clubs, weed clubs, markets, etc 😊In my opinion, the bed was very hard but in Thailand they are generally like that, anyway it was ok.The shower is also correct although having a curtain would prevent everything from getting wet every time you use the shower.The balcony is spacious, it could have a table and an ashtray to provide more comfort 😊

Currently work is underway throughout the hotel! And this from 10am. Disappointed with the room and staff.Surprised when I arrived at the noise of the construction, the receptionist told me that it only lasts from 12 p.m. to 5 a.m. (but it starts at 10 a.m.! Suffice it to say that you won't be able to rest)I booked the room with the bathtub but there was no hot water, I informed the staff but they did nothing except tell me to wait until the next day and in the end they still haven't done anything and the water is yellowish.No compensation was offered to me for the first night, they know the problems with the rooms but still make you pay 100%, service to be reviewed, it's a scam.Other than that the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. But paying for a room at that price and not being able to use 100% of the team and making the customer pay in a vacuum is unacceptable (especially since they know the problem!)I asked for a refund of the remaining nights and again she did not want to reimburse me the correct amount under the pretext that it was booking fees and that it was up to me to pay them. No action on their part for the first night. Fortunately she ended up removing these famous booking fees which absolutely do not concern me, it is not my fault if your hotel does not correspond to the description.

The receptionist was rude, and didn't even greet us. No elevator, good luck with your big luggage. The room was okay, poor shower, it doesn't even have a mirror.

Had the best stay here at Monotel. Staff are very friendly and ensure all my needs are being met. Room is big and clean as well with a nice view. Place is also near 7/11 and restaurants and massage parlours. 7-10mins walk from the beach

We stayed here for 4 nights through Billion Star Travel. Lovely agent helps contact accommodations and tours. Hotel staff are polite, good service, smiling. The room is spacious and clean. The bed, pillowcases and blankets smell clean. Encountered a problem with no water flowing on the morning of the 2nd day. The staff quickly opened another room for use. and call a technician to repair We came back and the water was flowing strong.We didn't hang a sign to clean the room. But there are tissues and 2 bottles of drinking water replenished every day. Breakfast is a la carte style. Please inform 1 day in advance. Fish noodles are delicious. Motorbikes are available for rent for 250 baht per day. The only downside is that there is no elevator.

On the main road, close to everything and good value for money. If you're lucky, you get a nice balcony view of the mountains too which faces sunrise.

Very clean and nice hotel. I have stayed in other hotels in Ao Nang and the location and price are very good. friendly staff. No elevator, but there's more than enough goodness here to make it worth it. I would definitely stay at this hotel when I come to Ao Nang

Nice room, bright and nice service.Unfortunately, the rooms facing the street were very noisy because the balcony door couldn't close properly. Therefore one star deducted.

Spacious room with a beautiful view, very nice and helpful staff. When my boyfriend got sick, the lady from the staff prepared breakfast for us so that we could take it to the room :) There was no noise at night, we could rest. It is very close to 7-11, bars and restaurants. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Wonderful hotel! Best breakfast in Ao Nang. Clean rooms, can't hear the street, friendly staff. It was a pleasure to be in this hotel all week. In the evening you can buy food and sit at the reception. Opposite the hotel, across the road is a laundry (self-service). This is valuable because they can no longer be found closer to the center.The beach is 10 minutes walk.Nearby you can rent a bike without depositing your passport (mr.Sak)

Deffinitely a very nice hotel for a good price. It's clean, rooms are spaceous, has good breakfast in the restaurant and locationwise is also fine if it's not a must for you to be next to the beach. The staff was very helpful when needed and I don't think you need to be afraid from scamming. We explained to them that not everything was in the room as we had been scammed before but they just explained it's all fine and they know with a smile.Also if you get a room with a view towards the mountain it's just Wow.
