The room was super dirty, full of sand, everything was rusty and in poor condition, it smelled bad and the safe didn't work, nor did the door handle, it had a temporary and very unsafe one.

I'm very satisfied.I'm curious about the low rating on Google Maps.Although it is relatively inexpensive, it gives you a feeling of luxury.The interior of the room is also elegant, playful and enjoyable.Of course there is also a pool.It's about a 10 minute walk from the main street, but it's a bit far away, but it's quieter and more relaxing.The reception staff also spoke English.They carried our luggage to the port for our return trip.I am satisfied that I was able to spend a luxurious time.All you can eat breakfast.There are a lot of mosquitoes all over Phi Phi Island, so don't forget to spray.

You might found this hotel is a good deal but I’m telling you YOU ARE WRONG!Hotel is far away from the centre, took about 10mins.The room is a MESS! Clean condition 1/10! WORST HOTEL I EVER BOOKEDWe ended up spent our remaining afternoon looking for another hotel on islandOverall, JUST DONT STAY HERE, JUST DONT!

For the price, it will do, but it’s old and worn out, and the price is cheap, the main thing is that the beach is clean without waves and you don’t have to pay for your own sunbeds, the staff corresponds to the level of their hotel, it will do during the rainy season!

To flee ! 0/5We had booked for two nights, a terrible room with moldy bedding. First night we were woken up by a huge cockroach in our bed. Second night, by rodents. Impossible for us to sleep in this hotel the second night.The staff were clearly rude and laughed in our faces. No apologies for his incidents.Never book this hotel.

Nearest hotel from (Ton say bay) or (Ton say pier) for a short stay and each room has a value worthy balcony with a modern shower. Also you can use the swimming pool from eight o'clock to till half past nine.

The location of the hotel is very good, right in front of the beach. There are hotel beds to sit on in front of the beach. Unfortunately, the old hotel has no maintenance. Everything is broken. The bathroom smells, not very clean, the air conditioner is not cool at all. The room price is not suitable for what we paid. The employees are smiling and friendly.

**AVOID THIS HOTEL**I stayed here with my partner on the 6th of March 2024 and was suppose to stay for two nights. I booked a twin room, the room was dated and dull and not as glamourous as portrayed on the website. We just accepted this. Whilst sleeping at approximately 05:00am I heard squeaking noises and shuffling above me coming from the air vents that proceeded to get louder as it got closer. I had earlier in the night noted that there was a hole in the ceiling above the head board of my bed. A rat then fell from the ceiling onto my face, obviously causing serious distress. My partner and I managed to capture the said rat on video and then approached the reception desk and realised no one was at reception despite the website stating it was open 24hours. We were forced to wait outside. At approximately 7am we spoke with a hotel worker who was setting up breakfast and showed him the video and explained what happened, he was nice and as helpful as could be and informed us the manager would come. The manager did not arrive for almost 1 hour, the situation was explained to the manager and he accepted full responsibility and apologised. He was not willing to offer a refund if we stayed in the hotel in a different room the following night. We decided to leave the Phi Phi islands instead and accepted the full refund through the booking website. This was a very distressing incident and something I did not expect to happen at a hotel that is portrayed as a luxury stay.

The accommodation is quiet, peaceful, good atmosphere, next to the sea, not chaotic.The morning atmosphere is very good.The bathroom smells a little. Ventilation is not as good as it should be.The showerhead is clogged. I recommend replacing it.

Worst hotel on the island. Completely absent maintenance, mold in the rooms, infiltration, air conditioning does not work. Cleaning is practically non-existent, dirty floors, dusty furniture. The shower doesn't work well. To top it off, the employees are not at all helpful.
