The view was incredibly beautiful and the staff were very helpful, polite, and nice to us throughout our stay. Koh Lipe is known to be an expensive island, so I won’t talk about the cost, but I think a little more attention to the pool could really elevate the experience. It wasn’t clean, and my boyfriend and I found it hard to use. Maybe it was just because it was the low season, but it could definitely use some sprucing up to keep those 5-star standards.Everything else was wonderful! The food was top-notch, especially the crab curry—I had it twice a day because it was so delicious! Breakfast was also fantastic; every morning was a treat.Overall, we had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend it!

Good location, able to see both sunset and sunrise (walk out and see not far). The hotel restaurant is very delicious. The view around whether from the room or the dining area is very good, beautiful, very impressive, you hardly have to walk anywhere. far The beach in front of the resort can do various activities.

Absolutely perfect!! We had a room with a private pool and a view of the ocean with an endless beach. We spent a total of incredibly romantic three days here on our honeymoon. Luxuriously furnished room, very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant where nothing was missing. Beautiful resort, I must definitely return here soon👏

Stayed here for 4 days in February. I expected more for the money paid. Firstly, no one met us upon the speed boat’s arrival at the pier, although representatives of other (cheaper hotels) stood with signs and greeted their guests. Moreover, the hotel itself requested the arrival time in advance and promised a meeting. It's unclear why they asked this. We had to ask the employees of other hotels where we could find bulow casa representatives, since they did not respond to messages in the booking application. Someone was able to call the greeter and he arrived only 10 minutes later. The impression was ruined. It’s somehow not very good to wait in the heat after 3 hours of riding the waves.There is practically no breakfast, very weak. Just eggs and a couple of cheeses and sausages. Formally there is, but in fact for that kind of money you expect more.The safe in the room did not work.Well, besides, the hotel is located in a place where there is no fence from the long tail, so while snorkeling you can find a longtail swimming towards you at full speed. In general, the beach is very beautiful: you can watch both the sunrise and the sunset.And even at check-in, no one even apologized for the delay, and during the return transfer the driver did not secure our suitcase well and it fell onto the road at full speed and was badly scratched. Something like that. And they also asked for an extra bed for the child, they quoted a price of 2,500 baht per day. I had to pay, but I think it's too much. It's not worth the hotel level. A bit weak

Pros:Location is awesome. Snorkeling in front of the hotel, only a couple of boats.The pool villa room is great.Breakfast is good.Cons:The level of English from the staff is mediocre at best.Drinks take a very long time, coffee at breakfast takes at least 10 minutes.We had a pool villa. One day they did construction on the porch of one villa. That resulted in sawing dust being in all the pools (they ar connected).We told the staff, they had no idea what to do.The dust was too small to get it out of the water.So they put some extra cleaning stuff into the water.No idea what it was(it’s a saltwaterpool)Our daughter had an allergic reaction to it, my wife as well. My white polar watch turn yellow, one bikini from my wife also.Our daughter could get into water anymore also the sea.Sadly the staff is not competent and they handle problems not very good.

An absolutely fantastic place with a very beautiful beach, the pool villa is super nice, but also very expensive. However, already used slippers and flip-flops in the room are not possible. For this hefty price, the service in the restaurant and the loungers were not right for us. The staff is very nice but not well trained, not attentive enough, you always have to go there if you want something, even if it's just coffee and eggs for breakfast. It also has too few staff. The deck chair seller has to help in the restaurant until 11 a.m. We think that the beach chairs on the beach are not ready at 10 a.m. and are sold to other paying non-hotel guests if you don't get there on time is very bad for a 5 star resort. The room staff and the ferry pick-up service are top. The food in the restaurant was very good.
