The partial seaview rooms are very good with amazing views. Having breakfast served in the room just after sunrise is awesome. Room cleaning is very efficient and staff are lovely. It's a different vibe from the other side of the island where we also stayed. It has a more local vibe - access to the resort is through a small church community.I'm going to be honest, I was disappointed for the price. We came over from Mali Resort Pattaya Beach which was actually cheaper, and had far more facilities. There is no beach chairs here or a bar so you'll have to go and use another resort. You've got the room and that is it. The prices for the room we had (seaview) cost £580 for five nights. This is a £300 resort at best. The rooms looking inwards are a lot cheaper. It needs a bit of TLC

The room was very clean, comfortable and you have the amazing ocean view from your balcony. The reception lady is very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when back to koh lipe.

Room: Old-style decorations with a wooden musty smellService: Good reception, The Bellhops need to be improved. They let the guests walk too far at the time of pick-up. At the time of leaving, they sent us to the wrong pier as well. As a consequence, we needed to walk to the right one by passing through the beach carrying our luggage.Location: The beach was not that nice., Narrow beach, a bit of coarse sand, and many boats parked in front of the resort and it caused a sound to creep into the room because the width of the beach was too short.The good thing is there's a walking distance to the walking street.

Was told that there were amenities like snorkel gear for free but none avail, not even for rent. No kayaks as well. What’s worse, the room had a cockroach and insects. Towels were stained and toilet reeked of a foul smell. The toilet looks poorly maintained as the hardwares were rusty.

Dirty stained towels and old smelly bathroom. There was even a cockroach! The reviews mentioned about feee kayaks and snorkelling gear but that’s actually false. There’s absolutely nothing in this accommodation.

This is such a lovely small hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location right on sunrise beach is amazing. The rooms are a good standard, everything working properly and kept nice and clean. Definitely recommend!

Well furnished room, excellent cleanliness, super friendly staff...The beach is narrow in this part of Sunrise Beach but it is wonderful. I hope to return to this heavenly place one day! I recommend coming to this facility and booking the seafront room 🔝

This is a very bad hotel. It’s very run down and not maintained and unclean the manageress was quite evil towards us. The hotel is overpriced and not a nice place to stay. I would never go back.

Only thing was anointed is we had to adk them to clean our room and there was no chairs to lay down on the beach

Amazing staff. Was very helpful! We definately would come again as it was a good walking distance to walking street. My 9 year old loved satying there. Loved that our breakfast was brought to our balcony at the time we asked for it.

I really like it here. Traveling as a single woman, but it's not as scary as you think. The room has a very good view.At first the room air conditioner was broken. So the school upgraded the room to a new one. The view is very good. Sleep listening to the sound of the sea / room with cool air conditioning, has a smart TV, warm water, soft bed, 4 pillows. Breakfast, fried rice with chicken, is delicious.The younger employees provide good service and are attentive. They also pick up and drop off the island / if anyone likes privacy and quiet. I recommend Sunrise Beach. Plus, the view of the sunrise every morning is extremely beautiful. In the evening, go snorkeling in front of the hotel. It's really fun. / The hotel isn't big, it's cool, and there's no food served all day. You have to eat from next door or order Nee Papaya to be delivered. Walking on foot is not an inconvenient walking street, far.The school is next to the village. But it wasn't scary. There were no lizards or geckos (didn't find any). I'll go back again.
