I have no idea why this place isn’t busier! 20 steps from your bungalow and you are on the prettiest beach in the world. The place is clean and the staff are so sweet and lovely. Very kid friendly place too.My only issues- were we had no warm water in our bungalow (but we didn’t ask for it to be fixed) and mosquitos! 🦟 the room came with a bottle of spray which was very generous. But I was eaten alive by them at nighttime. Wifi was not great- but we just went to 7-eleven and got data SIM cards for our phones which fixed that! Breakfast was amazing!!!!!! The fresh cut fruit was amazing and the expresso machine was such a great way to start the day.My expectations were blown away. This place is the BEST

A reservation was made for the Chareena Hill Beach Resort, for the Garden Bungalow option with images of the bungalows and chareena hill reception. Upon arrival we were taken to the chareena garden reception (a bad option), and after check-in we were shown the bungalow, which is quite far away, and through less pleasant paths. Not corresponding at all to what was on the page at the time of booking, as well as its dilapidated condition.After expressing her dissatisfaction with reception, the employee's goodwill paid off, and she was able to get a bungalow at Chareena Hill for the rest of her stay for an additional 2000 bht per night.

We found paradise! The beach, the food, and the snorkeling were amazing. We were perfectly accommodated at Chareena Hill! We started each day with a delicious breakfast and every night returned to our clean, air conditioned, and comfortable room. The staff were warm and welcoming. Koh Lipe is such a gem!

Lamentable, bad-smelling room, cat urine, broken bed, dead cockroaches, no pressure in the showers, the room was dirty, I had to ask for a complete cleaning, it's not worth €80 per night, even on the island of Koh Lipe.

Where to start... we arrived at the room and the bed was broken so we asked the manager for a change of room, so we changed rooms and what can I say, no pressure in the shower, sanitary room, hygiene no respected smell of cat pee invasion of mosquitoes and the surprise of a dead cockroach 🤢 during the 3 days no one came to clean us, nor replacement of towels, poor quality. Staff welcome None I absolutely do not recommend.

I made a reservation by mistake with Booking and immediately wanted to cancel. They turn a deaf ear and are going to keep 100 euros without having provided any service. That's what I call good business. I'm going to post reviews until I get it back.

Very old property need major repair, room has small bugs and ants, Major problem is rusty brown running water. dirty beach full of trashes. Grand Seaview room blocked by tall tress leave only partial view of the the sea. Not recommended this place.
