The san pita has a great location. Close to the beach and also quick to Walking Street and supermarkets.The breakfast is quite simple.The rooms are clean and the pool is a welcome way to cool off.

It was a day trip and they provide to pick us up at the ferry terminal. We had a good experience in riding a 3wherl scooter ride. And the people surrounding are very friendly. Hotel owner snd son are friendly too. We had a great day in koh lipe san pita!

Beautiful hotel, absolutely recommend! The service was nice and very helpful. The family room was very spacious, large and clean. Comfortable beds, clean linen. The room was cleaned every day. Delicious breakfasts, especially fluffy pancakes. Great hotel location. Only 200 m to the beautiful Sunrise beach, even closer to the main promenade with pubs and shops. The hotel has a very atmospheric and pleasant atmosphere. I could definitely go back to it. I recommend it to everyone!

Very quiet place. Swimming pool. Rooms are clean. Air con works well. Breakfast is ok. Accomodating and polite staff. They provide towels for the beach. Distance walking of EVERYTHING(restaurants, convenience store, Sunrise beach and Walking street)I'll be back for sure.

Rooms are cleaned daily.The breakfast buffet doesn't offer much choice. You can eat, for example, toast (only sweet) or very tasty, small pancakes 😉 There are fried eggs and tiny sausages.The staff is nice and helpful. The girls in the dining room were constantly watching over us to make sure we didn't miss anything during breakfast. At the end of our stay, we were taken to the marina 😉The location of the facility is rather poor. The main street is just a few steps away and the hotel is adjacent to a beautiful pond covered with water lilies, but the area is terribly polluted.Moreover, there are a lot of annoying flies in the area. Using the swimming pool is pleasant, but lying on the sun loungers around the pool is impossible because of these nasty insects. He doesn't understand why the owners of the facility don't organize some social initiative and clean up their area.The entire island is one big garbage dump and it is in the interest of its residents and business owners to deal with this problem as soon as possible.

Since the price is low, I can't complain.But for the reference of the next person staying.[Good points]Close to Walking Street and the beach.Breakfast is delicious, although there aren't many items, and it's mostly carbohydrates.Very quiet.The clothesline is big.Friendly staff[I want it to be improved]Shower pressure is catastrophically low.All doors are poorly constructed.WIFI almost doesn't connect at night.Compared to the bungalow types that are common on Koh Lipe, it is much cleaner and more comfortable.The price is also cheap with breakfast included.

Finding a good hotel on Koh Lipe that is also cheap is rather impossible 😁But here you have everything: nice rooms, breakfast, great service, great air conditioning, great pool. It is quiet and yet only 5 minutes from the walking street. Definitely book

In this hotel everything is old, the breakfast is not varied or fantastic, however there is a relaxed attitude, it is calm and you feel good in this establishment, the swimming pool does its job at the end of the beach.The room is spacious with fridge and safe and terrace for some.The staff is attentive and always smiling, the rooms are cleaned every day and the towels change from elephant to snake.If I had to remember one thing: the little touches that make all the difference

We sat 4 people 1 room RM760 2 nights.. the service at this resort is very friendly.. well he asked me to pick him up again.. the transport from the jetty when we come and go is ready to deliver.. Now we are waiting for the boat to Hatyai and this transport can deliver to Asia Grand hotel 900bath 4 people.

Very good location, 2 minutes from Sunrise Beach, 1 minute from Walking Street / Breakfast is buffet style.Although there is not much variety, the essential menu composition provides good quality and a satisfying meal./ Comfortable bed, well-functioning air conditioner, decent interior, safe, well-maintained garden, 24-hour security, etc.I stayed four nights, and concluded This resort is value for money.

The hotel is really old. Its really dirty. The shower is very old and full with dust everywhere. The pool is more green than clear blue. Definitely not clean. The tiles in the pool are loos what makes it very easy to make a cut in your feet. The bed is so hard that it feels the same if you would sleep on the ground. The paint is coming off the wall. The floor is also damaged. The door won't go open easily. We supposed to stay for 2 night but we wanted to leave as soon as possible so fixed a new hotel after the first night. It was a nightmare. This is not a place where you can relax and enjoy your holiday!
