The resort is before Pak Bara Beach. About 10 km from Langu District, about 200 meters into the alley. There is a small sign pointing the way. The room is still new. Thin window curtains The bathroom is very small. The shower and sanitary ware are next to each other. There is no separation of wet and dry parts. There are 3 types of rooms to choose from, starting price 590 690 790, differing in room size and electrical appliances in the room. I chose to stay in a 790 baht room.

This new resort fell short of our expectations.While the owners were friendly, their lack of experience in managing a guesthouse was evident. Small details can make a big difference between a pleasant or disappointing stay, and unfortunately, several factors added up to the latter.Although the rooms were new and relatively clean, numerous small issues detracted from the experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by dozens of mosquitoes in the room . Despite our efforts to eliminate some of them for at least 30 minutes, their sheer numbers made it impossible to eradicate them all. Consequently, we found ourselves bitten numerous times throughout the night.Additionally, the absence of amenities like a refrigerator, shampoo, a water kettle, and even hot water for coffee in the lobby was surprising, as was the lack of light-blocking curtains.Furthermore, the absence of shade from trees made the room uncomfortably hot, exacerbated by its exposure to the sun throughout the day. The air-conditioning took several hours to bring the room temperature to a comfortable level.Lastly, light sleepers should be aware that a nearby mosque may result in early morning disturbances.Despite these drawbacks, the resort undeniably possesses potential. Simple measures such as applying bug spray, investing in a water kettle and mini-fridge, and perhaps planting trees for shade could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

The room is clean (just opened). The shower in the bathroom is not in an ok position. The window curtains are a bit thin, causing a lot of outside light to come in. The area around the resort is hot (there are no trees yet). The staff speak politely. Overall the resort is good 7/10.
