Connected to another hotel right in front of the window in the room? I was worried that I might be able to get over from the hotel because it was so close as it seemed, but everyone was very kind and I was so thankful that I lost my item and tried to find it until the end!

Bed and room was fine, small narrow bathroom though. Free water each day. Fridge in room too is handy. The night staff man was fabulous, very friendly and full of advice. The day staff girl hid away in the office, only coming out when the bell was rung repeatedly. Good location, central to good restaurants and cafes, walking distance to the night markets etc.

The rooms are clean, not expensive, 600, 800, 900 baht, very cheap if compared to the equipment in the room that is provided, toothbrushes, slippers, complete shampoo and shampoo, TV, refrigerator, safe, robes, polite staff, owner. I am a foreigner who can speak Thai, located in the Si Hom area, near Hard Rock, near the Mekong River.

The room is very clean. The bedding looks new. I really like it. The receptionist was lovely, gave us good information and was very helpful. Impressed, definitely going to stay again. Moreover, the price is good too.

VKS is an excellent hotel in a great Vientiene location at a very fair price. I enjoyed three nights in a street facing balcony room, which was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. They have a sweet little patio with nice seating, where you can enjoy a cold beer from the lobby fridge. The day manager Tony was very pleasant and accommodating and helped make my stay at VKS a memorable one. Thank you!

Location is perfect, close to the main places. Super clean and new rooms. Only for 20$ and they have the full service, money exchange , buses , the lowest price. I am in love )

The VKS Hotel, on Rue Manthathourath, is an excellent choice if you’re looking for something a bit more comfortable than a one-star hostel. The rooms are new, clean and quiet. Prices are 350,000 Kip for the smaller rooms, and 450,000 for the larger. If you're planning on staying in Vientiane for a few days, this is definitely a good value choice in terms of comfort and price. Additionally, there's a great street side cafe across the road called the August Cafe. The manager also has an attached travel agent who will make a confirmed train booking for you if you're heading up to Vang Vieng or Luang Prabang. If you're not on a tight budget, this is an excellent accommodation choice.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place, modern room, TV, with decoder, fridge, air conditioning, everything is new, ask for Mr. Tony at reception, he is happy to make your reservations, he speaks English well, he can advise you on activities. And all that for cheap.

Stayed for a few days. Was hoping the room service would tidy the room back up make the bed sweep vacuum etc. But I had to remind the staff to do so. The location is nice I was able to walk to the night market Vientiane center talat sao and the bus station. Breakfast has three options you can order from. The coffee machine did not have fresh coffee but they did have hot water for instant coffee mix. I'd stay again.
