1. It’s located in the center of the city, so it’s convenient to go anywhere.2. The reviews say it's noisy, but it's not like that at all.3. They say it's noisy because of the Chinese, but that's because the lobby is usually crowded with people.4. Breakfast is better than other hotels. If you don’t want to eat breakfast,It's good to eat at the Kaopah place in front.5. The cleaning lady is very kind.6. Overall, everything is good

I booked this hotel online and arrived at 12, but had to wait until 2 PM for check-in. At check-in, they requested a 500,000 LAK deposit or my passport, which I wasn't aware of. I handed over my passport, which I got back at checkout. The hotel is big, clean, with a nice view and busy, but the staff work hard to help everyone. I loved my stay. I didn't try the breakfast or pool, but based on the room quality, I'm sure the pool is great. Great location, helpful staff with some English, but be sure to bring cash for the deposit.

Hotel is spanking new and locates in the heart of capital city of Vientiane. However some section of o this complex is still under construction but there isn’t much noise coming from construction site.Initially booked this hotel only a few nights then came back here again after Luang Prabang visit.This hotel is next to two other huge shopping centres. Bus terminals including international one are also within walking distance. Taxi and other drive shares are always at the front or front office can assist if needed.Security officers are visible on 24 hours rotation. You can rest assure regarding security issue if this is your concern.Breakfast included and foods are suitable for international guests. Local food is not available for breakfast however restaurants are within walking distances or you can try foods at those shopping centres’ food courts. They tastes reasonable and are affordable.There are facilities such as swimming pool and gym however I did not get to try them out.Room is reasonable big for me as I only travel by myself. It has all the essential toiletries. Hot and cold showers work perfectly well. However, housekeeping could be better for instance replacing soup, shampoo , toothpaste or toothbrush once used. Others are well cleaned and maintained.Other areas of concerns are that unauthorised people should not allow in to hotel with quest such as personal escort or security officer approached quest asking if we wanted personal escort.Really love this hotel and charging from what I had witnessed there are so many quests coming from all over the world enjoy their stay at LandMarkVientiane Life Centre already. I did.

This is a hotel just for Chinese people. Almost 100% Chinese customers. There is no English-speaking staff at the hotel reception. If you can't respond in English and can only respond in Chinese, don't accept foreign guests from other countries. Why do you accept reservations from foreign guests when you only speak Chinese? And most importantly, the reception is very unfriendly. This is my first time in a hotel where they don't greet customers properly, and when customers talk to them, they don't even look at them or respond properly. Receptionists talk amongst themselves and ignore the customers. They are very impressed. This is the first time in my life that I have received such trashy, unfriendly treatment from them. Also, there were a lot of ants in the room, and there were even a lot of ants on the table in the breakfast room.This is a hotel just for Chinese people. Almost 100% of the guests are Chinese. There is no staff at the hotel reception who can speak English. If you can only speak Chinese and not English, then don't accept foreign guests from other countries. It's close to Wattay Airport, so it's great to use if you arrive late. There are no complaints if you're staying in Vientiane for a night because it's cheap.

If you stay here for a long time, you will automatically become familiar with Chinese.All the Chinese people are gathered here, noisier than the local market.Most Chinese people have no consideration for others.There's so much to say... It's good for your mental health to smoke anywhere and just go somewhere else.🤬

Small room, small bed, if you book through the app, they charge 22,000, but they charge 27,000. The check-in is long, and the check-out is very long, but the waiting time at the hotel is excellent.

Would be a nice hotel, but Chinese people smoking, drunk, or they are talking/yelling conversations everywhere all night in the hallways and their rooms, mostly in the hallways.

I visited this hotel during a business trip and found it to be in an excellent location, right in the center of Vientiane. It's very convenient with numerous department stores nearby. The room was nice But I give 1 star because here a lot of Chinese people who always make noise every night and smoking everywhere.
