A 10. The rooms are luxurious, the bed very comfortable. The staff is lovely, they have laundry service, a mini gym and a very nice pool. Breakfast costs less than €3 and although it is not very varied, they prepare it for you at the moment along with what is on the buffet. I would definitely repeat, it has been great

Fairly large room with a small external balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The very friendly staff went out of their way to help us organize the excursions. The bed is very spacious and the bathroom also has, in addition to the shower, a hydromassage tub. Upon request, they deliver a scooter to the hotel in a few minutes for 300 baht per day. The pool is not large but comfortable. The only negative thing was the gym. Of the 3 machines present, 2 were broken since the seat height of the spin bike was not adjusted and the seated bike kept resetting itself. I understand that it is a service that few people use but if present it must work.

This place showed rooms with balcony, natural light in the room you would think? The balcony is separate, and there is no natural light in the rooms. Only a window from the hallway and in to where you sleep. But this is the reason for two stars on the rooms. There is also a scam in some places, that these owners are fully aware of. They will try to get your card, even if it is ensured through a booking. They will presist on this, but do not give in. They know perfecly well that this is not what you are supposed to do. They are supposed to draw the card through the booking site. They scammed my mother like this, making her feel like a fool. Even when she tried to tell them how to do it, they kept asking for her card. Finally she gave in, and they drew her card twice... Scamming her for money.

The room was very tidy and also very modern. The staff was always super nice and helped us with problems with an externally booked excursion. The hotel is located a bit outside the old town, but it is very quiet.

Pros:1. Pleasant, helpful staff2. Clean large pool3. Cozy inner garden4. Comfortable beds5. Availability of soft robes and two types of slippers: for the room and for the pool.Minuses:1. It is very difficult to get medium temperature water in the shower. Either hot or cold. And when you catch it, water flows at the desired temperature in less than 30 seconds.2. Poor flush. You have to dance with a tambourine around the toilet and press the trigger several times to flush.3. Periodically, a musty smell appeared in the room. They couldn't figure out where.
