The room is very clean, cheap price, the host speaks Japanese.There is free coffee and bananas every morning. Not far from 7-Eleven restaurants. Some rooms will have a mountain view. The room is very well proportioned. There is a discount. I stayed here for 1 month. and thought that he would stayFor me this price in the city is very difficult to find.

Spacious rooms, clean management, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Separate toilet and shower roomYou can stay for around 400 baht.We offer discounts depending on the number of days you stay, and it is cheaper if you stay for a long time.The mattress feels firm, but I personally prefer it to a softer one.However, water is only provided on the first day, and after that you have to pay 1 baht for bottled water.

My wife found this place when I needed to stay in Chiang Mai for an extra day at the last minute since I missed my flight back to Japan. She made the reservation for me from Japan. She said Japanese gave it a good rating.I was surprised at how nice the room was, everything was very clean. There was a tub and a separate toilet like in Japan. The owner spoke Japanese and was kind. The room had a great price. My next Chiang Mai visit I will be staying here for several days while I am studying and training. The location is convenient and yet a bit out of the way which is good. There are signs asking to keep noise levels low after a certain time in the evening. 🙏🏾My wife found this hotel for me when I needed to stay in Chiang Mai for a day because I missed my flight back to Japan. My girlfriend made the reservation from Japan. She said that the Japanese gave good reviews.I was surprised at how clean the room was. The bathtub and toilet were separated like in Japan. The owner spoke Japanese and was kind. The price of the room was also cheap. On my next visit to Chiang Mai, I plan to stay here for a few days for study and training. The location is convenient, but it would be nice to be a little further away. There are signs asking people to keep the noise down after a certain time in the evening. 🙏🏾

Great location, close to everything but also calm and peaceful at night. Spacious rooms, much larger than your average hotel room with everything you could need. Very helpful and kind owner. Strongly recommend.

The beds are as hard as a rock. I woke up in pain, tried to cancel the next two days of my stay, and didn't get any money back.The rooms are very good other than the beds.

A remote location that is a bit difficult to find. 3 minutes to Seven. Clean room. There is a bathtub. There's no TV, but that's only for traveling!You can rest assured that the owner is fluent in Japanese!I was planning to stay for 2 nights, but after one night I decided to cancel the first night due to my own circumstances.It is not possible to cancel through Agoda.After talking to the owner, he gave me half of the remaining night's stay in cash.Thanks to the generous owners!

The most cost-effective hotel with a bathtub. There is a bathtub, separate shower (bath) and toilet, and air conditioning. There is also a hair dryer in the room. There are two types of rooms: 2 bedrooms and king bedrooms, all with bathtubs. I don't know of any other accommodation in Thailand with a bathtub where you can stay at this price.The bathtub is a little small, so even women can't stretch their legs, but considering the price, it's a good thing. The cleanliness of the room is on par with the photos, no difference. Considering the price, location, and air conditioner + bathtub, there is nothing to say.The advantage is that there are bicycle rentals and washing machines.The owner is fluent in Japanese, so Japanese people can stay with peace of mind.

There is a park nearby where you can take a walk. An ice cream shop also passes by. The rooms are clean. I am very happy that there is a bathtub. The owner is very kind. There were also free bananas and coffee. It was a good location to explore the old town.

It's the best value for money. I was grateful that I could stay in a clean, comfortable place with plenty of sun like this for less than 10,000 won. There is a large refrigerator and the air conditioning works well. So kind! I will come next year and live here for a month. Oh, there are always free bananas provided, and I was happy because they were so chewy and sweet. It's in a very quiet place, but it's not far from anywhere, so it was a place where I was satisfied with both healing and transportation. Especially the sunny windows and cleanliness 👍

Lack of CONSCIENCE of the boss creating a lack of benevolence.I stayed for a month at Fuji hotel ( same owner).When I arrived, I specified that I was thinking of staying a long time like 2/3 weeks and that I would pay day by day because obviously I do not know the future.In CONSCIENCE I live FREELY in the present moment.It is indicated in the rooms that when you extend at reception without going through booking, you benefit from 10% reduction per day renewed and 20% for staying 1 month.The first two days that followed,I paid in cash the same day between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.And the nice girl at the reception obviously gave me this reduction.And then on the third day, the boss was at reception and he asked me why I was paying day by day and told me that I had to pay before 11 a.m. to get the discount.I would like to point out that at that time, it was 11:10 a.m :)This shows a lack of flexibility of mind emanating from mental control which breeds EGOCENTRISM.So, I ACCEPT, I would like to point out that the price for one night is fair ( 450 or 500 bah ) .I chose to pay more by going directly through the Booking application.In total, I paid around 14,000 bath, you should know that for around 5,000 bath per month you can rent an apartment.To be honest, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable.I conveyed this TRUTH to the boss :YOU CAN NEITHER BUY LOVE, NOR INNER PEACE, NOR JOY, IT IS CULTIVATED INNERLY. When we perceive others for their money, it shows a LACK OF UNIFICATION, a lack of LOVE. The boss did not appreciate this TRUTH, so I regularly felt his inner judgment through his Energy when I met him.THE TRUTH IS NOT MADE TO PLEASE BUT TO EVOLVE.

The entrance is a little small. The rooms are somewhat larger than many places. at the same price rate There is a bathroom with separate wet and dry zones, a bathtub, and a sink in the room.But unfortunately in the room there were no tissues to wipe your mouth and drinking water. There is a coin-operated washing machine in the accommodation area. Clothes can be hung on the balcony railing. I quite like this one.If you want to ask for any information, it's best to ask the male owner. The staff doesn't understand much.The location is convenient for traveling anywhere. Whether walking or calling Grab, it's convenient.

I stayed in four hotels in Thailand and this was the most comfortable one! The service attitude of the reception staff is very good. The room is comfortable, with a sofa and a small table. The bathroom has a bathtub, the toilet and the bathroom are separated. There is also a sink in the room, which is very convenient. There is also a shared refrigerator! My partner and I were very satisfied with our stay, the value for money was very high! Highly recommended!
