The staff is very welcoming and ready to advise you on activities to do in the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is quiet, close to the center and next to a great restaurant "Coconut Shell". I recommend!

Accommodation where the hotel is only part of the name. It is clean and bottled water is available daily. Cleaning and taking out the baskets must always be arranged in person. A sign hanging on a doorknob, like in other accommodations, would be more convenient. The owners are willing and accommodating. It would just like to retrofit the room with more storage space. For example, a shelf or shelf would help a lot.The hotel has a good location. In a narrow street where there is peace. Close to the market and lots of good food.

The accommodation at this property was amazing. Clean, large room, own bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Access to water.Location very good.Shop (where everything is available) 2 minutes from the hotel, restaurants also very close.The owner was very nice, it was a great stay. Quiet hotel close to everything, everything was perfect except that we had a second floor room via stairs and that the bed was the hardest bed I ever slept in.

It’s only 6 minutes away from the Chiang Mai Market (morning and night markets). Just around the corner, you’ll find food and massages all over the street (there are also bars and marijuana shops nearby, but the security is good). It’s convenient, clean, and cheap. Mineral water is supplied every day.The water temperature is ok and there is air conditioning. However, the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the sound of water and walking (but not the cars on the street). Even so, the quality of the tourists is very good and there is no noise.

I've stayed here a few times. It's modest, cool, clean and quiet.Convenient to ChiangMai Gate night market and to all of the old city.Your hostess is thoughtful and kind.They've left the Oyo group so be sure to book directly or make sure you use the name PSD=Pudsadee.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room has everything you need, everything is super clean, air conditioning works perfectly, the bed is super confortable and they give you free bottles of water everyday. It is not on the main road so there's no noise.The lady encharged is absolutely lovely, gave us great recommendations and was always very kind and correct. Also she offered to keep our backpack's for one entire day because we went for a trip outside of the city and came back the following day.We also rented a motorbike with them and it was cheaper than anywhere else we could find in Chiang Mai.Would recommend 100% if you are looking for a cheap and quiet place with air con near the center.ขอบคุณค่ะ 🙏🙏

Fraud Fraud This is a fraud group.I made a reservation through Agoda, but they said they couldn't give me the room because the hotel name had changed, so I called Agoda and asked for a refund.The hotel is denying it, saying that reservations can be tracked normally. That's why it's difficult to get a refund. The real lady is the devil, pretending to be friendly.
