The worst hotel experience in my life. The staff completely ignored the needs of the guests. Many basic services require additional charges. For example, an extra towel costs 40 baht. In this rainy season, you still need to wade through water to walk back to this remote hotel. Will not choose here again. 中国人不骗中国人，一颗星都不想给😤

I arrived in Thailand full of excitement, only to find myself staying in the worst room. The room was on the second floor, and as soon as I walked in, I could feel the entire room was covered in dust. I requested a room change, but even after switching, the situation was still the same. Since both my husband and I are sensitive to dust, our experience before going to sleep was awful—first, our noses started itching, then our eyes, and finally our throats. To make matters worse, right before turning off the lights, we saw a small cockroach scurry by the bed. This was my worst night ever. We hurried through the night and left as soon as possible, which ruined my entire Chiang Mai trip.

This is the 2nd hotel on our short trip. We moved from the west to this hotel. On the first afternoon of check-in, there was a shower from 4pm-6pm, then stopped immediately. The receptionist was very happy to welcome and check in even though we did not bring enough luggage because a few friends in the group arrived late. My room was on the 2nd floor (05), and I was shocked to learn that there was no elevator. I had to move my 20kg suitcase up to the floor by myself, luckily there were only 2 floors. A rare accident happened right after checking in, because I was too eager to step out into the hallway to see the garden and swimming pool, so I slammed the door with the magnetic lock plugged into the electrical panel in the room. I went down to meet him. Receptionist and support to open rooms immediately, there is always someone on duty there. There are many clothes hangers, which I really like so I can hang wrinkle-free clothes. Because there are many trees and a lake around, there are mosquitoes, so keep the door closed. That night I went to take a shower and discovered the bathroom sliding door was broken? Using a push-pull system and no latch, it kept slipping away and I had to shower with the door open, the air-conditioned air coming in was very cold. After taking a shower, when I stepped out, a strong stench arose. I tried to trace that smell from the toilet or the hallway but couldn't find it (because I couldn't smell it when I took a shower, only when I stepped out). I was so tired that I didn't notify the receptionist but endured the stench for 2 hours and then went to sleep. It seemed to go away on its own. When I got into bed, I saw that the bed sheet had many stains. It seems that the staff did not check the old bed sheet and could not clean and destroy it, or did they not replace the new bed sheet from the previous guest? If you pay attention, you will see that the towel on the right side of the photo is dark and old. I brought my own towel so it is brighter. The next morning I woke up to the sound of a small drilling machine. When I opened the door, I saw that the first floor was covered in white dust. It seemed like the hotel was undergoing repairs without notifying me when I checked in. So I didn't get to experience the swimming pool once.I appreciate the working spirit and friendliness of the hotel staff. From the porcelain flowers that fell to the ground, they carefully picked them up and placed them in the bushes along the roadside, but the experience was not complete due to the facilities. quality and this may change.

First of all, the exterior is so pretty that I feel good just looking at it. The staff were friendly.I'm going to go to the middle of the day, and I'm going to have a good time, and I'm going to have a good time. I don't know if it's Jjimkkuryu and Jjakkkussutin Jjakkuk or Lip Jjakkuk or Pi Jjakkuk, but they're going to turn it off and criticize me..^^ It's the same thing that means 7 words😊The lights were off in the swimming pool, so I couldn't play in the water for fear of getting electrocuted. This quality at this price?? I paid less than 30,000 won per night, and I am satisfied. I like the atmosphere. The rooms are clean and there is a swimming pool. However, it is nature-friendly, so people who are afraid of lizards and other friends should not go.

Reserve accommodation at the end of January. And then the hotel had maintenance from 8:30 (approximately) which did not notify the guests at all and the sound was quite loud. Personally, I feel like we're here to relax. We really should be resting no matter what time we wake up. (We also paid the holiday rate) Feeling disappointed. If you inform us in advance, it will be much better because you really intend to come here. Or if there was some compensation, it would be good.

Good atmosphere, good rooms, good service, but parking is recommended. Take out the gravel and make a grass floor instead. The entrance is a bit narrow and cars can't pass.

First it seem a little bit like abandoned place maybe because we arrived at noon on Monday ( working day ) however, when it start getting dark more ppl come stay here and the place feel more lively. The staffs were kind and helpful. The room is clean with all facilities that useful. I would recommend this place.

There is no breakfast, no parking, must park at the reserved hotel. Auntie takes care of the parking lot, removing the hanging signs and changing the entrances and exits. (The yellow future-blind sign that I wrote myself) says to park here. But if I come to get the car again, I have to park there. Sigh.) I was annoyed from the moment I entered the hotel to check in. Because the parking space is very narrow, only 2 small cars can fit. There is no U-turn, the road is narrow (we can understand it here), but what is the iron sticking out of the electric pole to protect against garbage bags? It scratched the car (yes, we drove and scraped it ourselves). The employees probably didn't see it. So I didn't pay attention. There was an uncle who drove a motorbike into the alley to help break out the iron so that our car could get out. I was annoyed at 30,000+. The price isn't cheap, 1400 baht. The shower is powerful. The room is quite clean. The mattress doesn't smell good (sheets, blankets, pillows) but clean.

1. Room - The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. There are no ants in the room. There is a small table and chair so it is good for simple work. There is a mosquito screen so it is good for ventilation. However, the window opens into the hallway, so the curtains must always be closed. It is better to think of soundproofing as simply having no walls or doors. During the same period, I was with the Minpyeongguk family all the time, and it felt like I was sharing a room with their baby-like elk. I think it would be okay with quiet guests.2. Swimming pool - It's a shame to see photos of a pretty swimming pool at an affordable price on Instagram. There is green algae in the swimming pool, so the water is a soft green color. When you rinse your swimsuit, clear green water comes out at first. The swimming pool quality was the worst of any hotel I've been to in Chiang Mai. The pool walls are not tiles but made of a flooring-like material. There are no sunbeds, no towels, and no space to rest between swims. There is a table and chair next to the pool, and there is an ashtray so it is a smoking area. Secondhand smoke is possible while swimming. 9-21 Only those who follow the swimming pool usage hours are observed. The family of the desecrated country, who have been swimming and squealing since 6 a.m., will not be stopped any longer. Thanks to this, I was able to wake up early in the morning.3. Service - This was my second hotel in Chiang Mai, and the trip was not very fun during my stay here. Even if you say hello first, the staff at the hotel refuses to greet you, and even when you check out, the hotel reception staff have an attitude of wondering if a local dog is passing by. It was really the worst. However, I was very grateful for the smiles from the housekeepers. As my month-long trip is coming to an end, I realized while visiting other hotels how unfriendly this place is and how poorly maintained the facilities are. After leaving Aono, Chiang Mai becomes more enjoyable from another hotel. 4 nights was too long... If it had been canceled midway through, I wouldn't have stayed until the end. After experiencing this place, my days at other hotels became relatively happier. Go somewhere else
