The staff of this hotel are really accommodating, friendly and helpful. Ten, the manager is a nice fella and loves to share about Thai culture and Chiang Mai. We had a comfortable stay here, nice beds and linen which made for a good night’s sleep.Location is great! Right in the middle and close to whatever you may need. The Sunday walking market is just down the road as well.Yes, there is a school in front but remember that where you are staying, a local community exists. I personally found it sweet to see the happy little kids outside when school finishes.

Great hotel to stay in. Close to all amenities. Breakfast was great, although some people might say not alot of choice, but for us it was ample. Staff were amazing, nothing a problem. Very quiet hotel. Quite a large swimming pool, although we didn't use it. The bathroom( room 306) was awesome. À walk across the corridor to an outside area for smokers or an outside eating area.Thankyou for a great 5 days Jomkitti. Well done....We are not easy to please when we have a break as we are in the service industry ourselves.....5 🌟

A beautiful and clean hotelThe breakfast is not big but as expected.. bread and butter and coffee and there is an option to build a salad and yogurt, and meat dishes. The room is clean if it is possible to lock it and when you try to open it when it is locked it beeps - feels very safe.Small pool but we really enjoyed it.The staff is nice and always smiling and asking how you are.On the entrance floor of the hotel there is also a quiet and delicious cafe (I recommend the cheese cake)The only problem is that the hotel is not that close to the center, and it is a bit of a dead area at night except on Sundays where there is a market very close,There is a 7/11 close by and nice restaurants.Highly recommend

Receptionist treats us as strangers as soon as we check out. Gets mad at us for using the restroom before we were going to pick up our suitcases. Not understandable in any way and leaves a real sour taste for an otherwise mostly pleasant stay.
