Highly recommended place to stay in Chiang Mai! The place is not inside the ancient city so it’s more peaceful, but still relatively close so everything is still accessible. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The best thing, the owner was the nicest of all! She was like our aunt and she made sure we had a good stay in Chiang Mai.

the owner was amazing! She helped me book a tour to Doi Inthanon national park. we had very cute conversations each day which made my trip more comfortable and enjoyable. and always free snacks, coffee and water!! i fell in love with this guest house! such a strong recommendation <3

It is a guesthouse hotel. It's like a 3-story shophouse. The room condition is considered ok if you look at the price of less than 500 baht. Good location for the heart. Because it is near Kadkom Market, there are bothbig c mini lotus mini 7-11 but there is only one disadvantage. The room is not soundproof. Who is next to us and what are they talking about? No need to eavesdrop. It's as loud as if there was no wall separating it. But it's not a big problem. Still able to sleep comfortably.It is considered a good accommodation option for anyone who wants to spend less than 500 baht.

I stayed in the Double King with Window room for 2 weeks. The room is very big and spacious. bed is a bit firm but that's pretty standard in Asia. Pillows were soft. you also get a little balcony with the room that also had a clothes hanger. Room also comes with a little fridge to use. There's an AC unit as well as a fan.The bathroom/shower situation is again your standard where it's open and you shower in the bathroom, not in it's own shower stall.If you happen to have an ant problem like i did, just go to one of the convenient stores and buy an ant bait, it worked for me and got rid of the ants.The lady who runs this place is very nice and wants to make sure you're happy during your stay. She offered to clean my room but my preference, I dont like people in my room during my stay.would definitely recommend this place!

Just like the reviews I read, the price-performance ratio here far exceeds your expectations. She always remembers what you want and wants to give you more. The living functions nearby are complete. Even though it is some distance from the ancient city, it can become a life by itself. Circle, let you feel like living in Chiang Mai~~In addition, it is very close to the Canal Night Market~

the room we stayed in was very clean & the sheets, blankets smelled nice. feels like i stayed at a relative's house😅 the room was quite spacious too (enough space for muslims to do prayer). owner was friendly & accommodating. location is not in the old town but not very far, atound 2km i think.

Near the famous Khao Soi store. It's a downtown area in Thailand, close to the market, so you don't have to worry about food. I had a room with a balcony on the third floor with a great view. The life of common people. Mountains in the distance. Doi Suthep? A plane taking off from the airport.The owner always greets you with a wonderful smile. Best cost performance✨✨✨✨✨I'll come back here again
