Small room but with a triple bed, has good service and is close to the center of Chiang Mai. The pool is unusable as it is very low and is next to the reception. Modern rooms, replacement of 2 bottles of water daily, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in bottles which is a plus.

Clean and quiet place. I stayed in a family room on the 4th floor with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms for 4 nights.There are many convenience facilities nearby, such as convenience stores and restaurants.It's a little down the alley so it's quiet.The staff is friendly and the water pressure is good.The entire 4th floor is occupied, so you need a card key.You can take the elevator.The swimming pool is very small and the staff are very friendly. But the air conditioner is really loud~~;;;;;;; Why were there earplugs in the room?There are no planes passing by like Nimmanhaemin~ ㅠㅠLaundry is given out in the morning for 80 baht per kg.You can find it around 6 o'clock.

This is a great hotel, good sized rooms with a large comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom and a little balcony. We booked through Airbnb. The staff are very friendly and helpful. For being so central it’s very quiet inside the rooms (except for the fairly loud air conditioning)The location on Google maps is a bit sketchy - it tells you it’s on the other side of the road, which is quite confusing when communicating with a taxi driver, but once found it’s a great place. The location is very walkable to all the major sights in the Old City and we loved our stay.

Good location amid the old town, a bit in the back street. No breakfast offered could be an issue for someone prefer eat inhouse. the door was really noisy even people slamed it from above or below, wondering no one was trying to give a easy fix such as sticky foam cussion or something.

It's just a good value for money hotel, but the air conditioner is really noisy. They say it's a new hotel, but why is that?

The hotel is in the old area of Chiang Mai province. Before entering the hotel, it is a two-lane road, with cars passing each other. There are various shops and accommodations on both sides of the road. When entering the alley, it is a narrow one-lane alley only. The building is similar to a commercial building, tall and narrow. B Phrasingh Hotel will have buildings A, B and C. The other buildings will be another hotel.The interior of the room is designed simply and comfortably. The bathroom is large and has complete equipment, strong water, and towels and hair towels (a little traumatized😄).Inside the first room, there was a musty smell. We had to turn on the air conditioner to get rid of the smell.Most customers are foreigners.There is very little parking. You can ask the officers.When checking in, there will be a key deposit of 500-1,000 baht.Coffee is served in the morning. There is a small swimming pool next to the building.

I’ve booked my Chiangmai stay on 2 consecutive weekends (separate booking made cos it’s a “home away from home” experience right from check-in).The ladies at the reception spoke good English & were able to give great recommendations on nearby food & night markets. If u like more activities, there’s a brochure stand that has many more brochures for u to browse through.Room wise, it’s clean & new. Basic amenities like toiletries, hair dryer were also provided.Location of the hotel is tucked in 1 of the small alleys. So it’s pretty quiet at night (yet safe enough to walk out to the Main Street). It’s a short drive to many eateries & attractions within the old city too.

It's not a 24-hour front desk, so it would be a good idea to send a message in advance if you arrive late. Deposit 1000 baht krw OK. The room is narrow and the furniture arrangement is somewhat uncomfortable. I saw small lizards 2-3 times during 4 nights. Cleaning is done every day.The location is good except that it is far away from Thapae, and there are many cafes nearby.However, the front desk and lobby were hot because they didn't have air conditioning, they didn't say hello when checking out, and both staff were unfriendly, so I have absolutely no intention of visiting again.Oh, the biggest problem is the huge air conditioner noise. I turned it off when I went to bed at night (April). Just think of it as the constant sound of the large kitchen exhaust fan.

Clean and great location! The staff was super friendly and helpful with the queries I had. The manager was simply lovely and even took the time to bring me up to my room; and also provided me with recommendations on what to do and that there was a flower festival happening during my stay.It’s in a great location too - walking distance to pretty much anywhere in old city!
