This hotel is located in the old city, making it easy to access various attractions. It's within walking distance of Thapae Gate and very close to the Sunday walking street. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice for 4 nights and 5 days each time. It is my favorite hotel in Chiang Mai and the best one for me. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the rooms are quite spacious. All the staff are kind and helpful. I appreciate that the hotel cleans the room twice a day, ensuring everything stays very clean.Thank you for making a special birthday fruits cake for my birthday ❤️, I will definitely come back to this hotel again soon! :) 😉

It is a very good hotel. All the lovely staff advised us what events they had during this time. The hotel is clean, quiet. There is parking behind the hotel. When the parking lot is full, the staff will help you find where you can park.very good

Newly opened luxury boutique hotel, modern style mixed with Lanna elements. Located in the heart of Chiang Mai city, opposite the Three Kings Monument. 600 meters from Tha Phae Gate, with complete amenities. …

The service and hotel environment are both OKBut there is a fatal flaw: the air-conditioning vent blows towards the bedside...I caught a cold directly 😭

Bad stay experienceIt is considered an internet celebrity hotel, and the lowest price after discount is 400-500 RMB. However, my room was very bad. It faced other people's walls and air-conditioning units, and there was no view. The price of a hotel in Chiang Mai is already quite high, but the scenery is not even as good as a hotel costing 200 yuan. The decoration of the hotel room is in the style of an express hotel, with no advantages. And the accommodation experience is very poor, the sound insulation is very, very poor. In the morning and evening, as long as someone passes by the corridor outside, the sound is very loud. The public area is very small. There are two large open umbrellas in the passage at the entrance of the hotel. It is a narrow passage that is always cleaned every afternoon, and the tiled floor is wet. The afternoon is the peak time for checking in and picking up stored luggage, which gives a poor appearance and low security.Very disappointing hotel, terrible experience.

The place was stunning and very aesthetically pleasing, pool was lovely and really close to the main centre. Only problem was, we found the staff really unhelpful and they seemed to have an issue with everything. …

Great hotel in the middle of the old center. Nice and quiet and a nice swimming pool to cool off after a day full of activities. The rooms are nice and clean. We found the breakfast slightly inferior compared to the other hotels we visited, and the beautiful bar on the first floor overlooking the pool was usually unmanned. Staff is very nice and helpful. So all in all a great place to stay for a few days.

I stayed here for five nights in a pool view room. The hotel is very new and has a small appearance. It is considered a relatively compact hotel. The water pressure in the bathroom is low and it gets hot and cold. It would be better to use a shower! The location is very good, in the middle of the ancient city. If you rent a car or motorcycle, you can park it at the back door. What's a little surprising is that this hotel will do a second cleaning. When I went out and returned to the hotel, the room had been cleaned. Then when I returned to the room for the second time, I found that the garbage in the room had been cleaned again. If you care about the people who come in and out of the housekeeper, Remember to press the door to do not disturb. One day, I went to bed late one day and didn't go out, nor did I bother to clean the room. As a result, I heard the doorbell ringing while I was taking a shower. I didn't have time to reply immediately. When I walked out of the bathroom wearing a bath towel, I found that the door was being opened. I immediately shouted NO. Close the door! It was very scary and dumbfounding, so I turned on Do Not Disturb later and was really frightened.

Not recommended. On the first day I checked in, I found bed bugs crawling on my bathrobe. The toilet smells like sewageThere are actually Chinese tourists letting children play naked in the swimming pool☹️☹️On the morning of check-out, I came back from swimming and there was some water on the floor, so I wiped it with a floor mat. They were told that we had soiled the floor mat.The other one also said that the bath towels were dirty. It was so funny. We brought our own bath towels to use when we went out🤪🤪Requesting 50 baht compensation per room, I showed the manager a video of bed bugsIt means that the housekeeping staff did not do a good job in cleaning at allIf the floor mat scratches the floor and makes it dirty, it must be because the floor in the room is already dirty, right? And it actually caused bedbugs to crawl in the room.Be careful when booking this hotel. Be sure to check whether there are bedbugs in the room when entering the room. Do not step on the floor mats and mop the floor. To avoid being unhappy while traveling
