I don't know what the room is like, what is certain is that the hotel is really bad... my family and I are really tired from traveling. Previously from JKT to Jember 13 hours, from Jember to Ketapang to cross 3 hours, arrived at Gili harbor to Jimbaran, aka this hotel, 4 hours, very tired, very bad luck, booked this hotel for 3 days and already paid immediately (via TF) booked from agoda. the receptionist is 24 hours, what??? I arrived there, it was really late at night, but apparently there were 24 receptionists, that's fine, never mind... it turned out that when I got there there wasn't a Samsek receptionist. I left my cell phone number on a cardboard box specifically for notification, but I didn't pick up on the phone, until what number was on the phone... but I didn't pick up at all, I've been waiting for a long time, hoping to get a reply from the receptionist or the hotel owner, but it didn't arrive.For you, it's better not to book here. not worth it. It's not a problem with the room or anything, if the room is dirty or isn't clean enough, fine, fine, this will just go wrong even though people are really tired, BIG NO for booking this hotel guys!! fraudster.The people there were also very indifferent, (Fyi, there were Indian people here, but they were very indifferent) we ignored them even though we had been waiting for a long time.That's all, thanks

Ok I will give it 5 ⭐ but only because the staff are friendly and was quick to clean the room for us. Look is a old hotel that needs a lot of work. Rooms needs to be updated and a lot needs to be fixed. But outside looks amazing as this place can look amazing. If the owner puts more money into this hotel then wow it will look amazing 😍. Good shops near by to.

Ordered on the application, when I wanted to check in the reason was that the room was full, instead a more expensive room was suggested, the service was not friendly, always looking for an excuse and the reason was unreasonable, don't want to come here if you don't want to be cheated, fraud

The room was smelly, the pillow had hair and slobber from previous guests. The floor was dirty and hadn't been swept, the toilet was really dirty. Just entered the room and immediately came out again so I didn't stay overnight.

Those who take care of it are really good... for this price in a tourist area, it's considered really cheap... for this price you can get air conditioning as well as the room... those who give bad marks just be aware that there is a price and there is quality, if you want quality, 345 stars, yowis look for something more expensive

Terrible place. Dirt all around!! The bed is not washed. The rooms are just terrible. The pool is like a swamp. They don't use it, but they don't clean it either. There is no parking. I absolutely do not recommend it. Unless you have somewhere to stay the night. Very noisy. Children scream, adults scream. It is not possible to sleep at all. The air conditioner doesn't work.
