Booked through Agoda as usual. When the check day arrived, the owner said that the accommodation was not at this price. Even though you set the price yourself on the platform. But demanding that we pay more money is confusing.

I am so grateful to the hotel.I usually don't leave reviews because it's annoying, but I'm so thankful that I'm leaving a review.I'm giving this review 5 stars in the hope that it goes to the top so more people can see it.Thanks to this hotel, I learned how different the photos are from reality, and I realized that it is possible to have a hotel without a front desk employee. There was no window in the room on the second floor, so I realized that even though I felt like I was going to die from the stuffiness, I actually wasn't going to die.Above all, 4 people need 2 rooms, but when I tried to change my reservation by booking 4 rooms, I accidentally pressed cancel. Even if I immediately called Agoda and informed them that it was a mistake, or even sent them an email, there was no way 4 people could reserve 4 rooms under the circumstances. Even though I knew that the hotel would refund the cancellation fee only if I re-booked four rooms ~Practicing accepting this situation without getting angry really helped me clear my mind.I hope those of you reading this will have a great experience by booking a connecting room like I did.I am really thankful(?) for The hive hotel.

Great family run hotelI enjoyed my stay here, its a bit further out from the old town. But in the very trendy Digital Nomad area of Nimman.This is a family run hotel, and I when i was checking out, my flight had been delayed, and they let me make calls and hang out whilst I got this all sorted.The room was good, yes the A/C is on the balcony, this however didn't bother me, and I slept well. The room could be a little larger with a chair to sit on, but otherwise everything worked. Better positioned power points would have also made an improvement.The WiFi is good in the reception area, however not the fastest connection, so this could do with improving.Otherwise the hotel seemed fairly modern.

Comfy beds, nice hot showers,and incredible location in Nimman. Very friendly english-speaking receptionists.Plumbing needs some work (toilets were iffy) and they should address the leakages and water damage in the bathroom ceilings. Floor was also dusty and there are tiny ants in the balcony room. This place was definitely not renovated by pros, but it is decently homey despite that. And the location is really hard to beat! Walked to One Nimman every night and loved the neighborhood. The coin laundry just down the road was also convenient and comfortable. Would recommend if you’re on a budget.

Booked directly with the hotel, a bit corner room with a panoramic view. The room was very nice, loved the layout that separates the bedroom area. The bed is very comfortable, the bathtub new and clean, the view is breathtaking (although I wish they could somehow wash those windows), the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay there.

This accidentally pressed cancel. So I contacted the accommodation. What can be done? The property said to contact Agoda. So we contacted Agoda. Agoda received the complaint and requested to coordinate with the accommodation. It appeared that the accommodation refused. Please keep the accommodation fee as usual. Even though we have already expressed our intention that we really want to stay here. I just read the details of the information I just booked and didn't understand it well. And then accidentally clicked cancel, which the entire process took place in less than 1 hour. Anyway, I wasted my money. Over three thousand baht Even though I wanted to rest, I didn't. I thought it was a waste of folly. and learn about the kindness of entrepreneurs at the hive school

This is a review after 19 night stay at The Hive Chiang Mai, Thailand.1) An essential piece of information to know is that the Hive locks its main doors from 22:00 to 8:00, and guests must have phone/cell service to dial the phone number to unlock the door so they can enter/leave the building during this period. This is hugely inconvenient for people who do not have access to a cell phone. The hotel does provide a temporary phone to guests who need it. The one I was given didn't work until they installed a new sim card. Because of the hotel’s uncaring attitude, I was trapped inside the hotel and almost missed my day tour. No apology from the hotel!!2) Housekeeping at the Hive is extremely unsatisfactory. I wrote several notes requesting housekeeping and gave them directly to the front desk, two of which were ignored and I did not receive the services requested. Three times, I had to bring used towels to the front desk and ask for clean ones. Once, I had to catch the housekeeping crew for clean towels, bath mat and tissue paper after realizing they skipped my unit altogether.3) Vital services are lacking. I had to leave the hotel at 7 am on my check-out day and I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi for me to the train station. Hotel staff perused a note of my request, but they never confirmed or notified me it was done and so I ended up making my own arrangements.4) Room amenities at the Hive are very poor. There is no desk to work at or put a computer, so I had to sit on the bed to work. There was also no bedside table with a lamp, so I had to leave the entrance light on while sleeping in case I needed to get up and move around at night, which was very bright.Overall, I was extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with my stay at the Hive. The staff was extremely unhelpful and seemed to have very little concern about the quality of services they provided. I would not recommend the Hive Chiang Mai to anyone.I was totally happy that I could get out of the Hive Chiang Mai Hotel after 19 night stay – it was a very distasteful experience. I don’t recommend the Hive Chiang Mai Hotel to anybody.

Waiting for check-in 50 minutes (from 2:10 p.m. to 3 p.m.)The room is small, the bathroom is almost entirely glass. Good thing there is still a curtain.Advantages: Plenty of power plugs.
