I highly recommend it. I stayed there during my stay at the end of March 2024. The rooms are clean, as are the bathrooms. Perfect for a solo traveler. The staff are very friendly. Plus, the location is great for exploring other areas of the city, not just the historic walled city center.

Employees do an excellent job. The rooms are clean, the location is good, the price is reasonable. The only disadvantage is After taking a shower, you must wipe the floor again. Because the water splashed outside the shower room Even though there is a glass barrier So I only took 4 stars for the room quality.

Economical rooms There is no parking. The rooms are small but fully furnished. Good beds, good pillows, cool air conditioning, good looking sanitary ware.

The room is very good. The equipment in the room is better than some 3-star hotels that sit opposite. Chiang Mai Plaza Hotel Can take a shortcut to Night Plaza. Admin comes to Chiang Mai often. I really like this hotel. I recommend the rainy season promotion. The room rate is very friendly. 4 red cards.

Location is excellent for most popular markets and smaller temples. Next to busy street so may have traffic noise. Good value for the area. Hot water shower, which is better than most I've been to. Uniquely small, tidy and clean hotel.

Very bad service. Only one time cleaning room service for staying 3 nights, Very tight and small room. The bed eats all the space in the room! You have almost no space to walk, just only around the bed. Front office was very rude. If you complain, they just ignore you by walking away. I notice that all the gays were send to the rooms that is behind the beautiful photos on the website. Pay more 200-300 baht and find other hotels, you will have a nice holidays in ChiangMai.Very bad service. The room is a little small. There's hardly any walking. The employees are the worst. Complained about not cleaning the room because it was rented for three nights. He didn't answer but just walked away. Breakfast was half of the tray of food that was served. Looks old and stays overnight Importantly, it was noticed that gay foreigners were put in another room. The condition is like a worker's room. There are only a few rooms that the hotel has listed on the website. Don't make the mistake of booking a room. Better go somewhere else. Traveling to Chiang Mai will be impressive.

You cannot check in unless I call you. I waited in front of the hotel for 30 minutes. There was no apology, and no explanation was given at check-in other than just being handed the key. After that, he was almost absent. You can't expect any kind of service. I stayed for three nights, but the paper rolls and papers were gone, and the person cleaning the room ignored me, so I had to ask for them many times. It's not a hotel, it's a room rental.

A bit on the edge of the city center, walk 1KM to get to the night market. Next to 711. Rooms are not big enough and lots of mosquitoes.
