I stayed here because I saw on YouTube the review of the hotel was good... when I arrived at the hotel, the first impression was that I wasn't happy because the hotel seemed abandoned... it was quiet, there were no staff... I only saw 1 person in the photo and it looked like it was a daily worker... welcome drink and snack The one mentioned in the review doesn't exist. When checking in the process took a super long time... in fact many people complained... ordered 4 rooms and got room 2... the other 2 was at half past 4. Just got it... and even then one of them smelled... Even though the hotel check-in schedule was at 2 o'clock. there is no telephone in the room.. there is no hairdryer.. there is no writing on soap shampoo.. and very little. For mineral water there is an additional charge if you want to add it.. 1 bottle is 10 thousand.. the deluxe room doesn't have a refrigerator๐.. ok luckily the room vibes are good because the hotel is new, the furniture is still new and I ordered a room with pool access so it's ok. The next day I wanted to have breakfast even though I saw that the food was really good... uh, there wasn't any salad, there was just dressing and jelly... there weren't any variations of bread either... there was hard white bread without any toasting and some jam... the food selection was really small... drinks too... live cooking which means you can also order noodles... what's worse is they have an open kitchen... but only 2 kitchen staff are visible and they look like they're school children... so when you order an omelette from the start of breakfast until the end never came.. ๐ actually if the management of this hotel improves it will definitely sell well because from the outside it looks ok.. but there are no employees.. when asked the answer is that they don't know.. usually they say it's a 4 star hotel, the facilities are not just a pool and restaurant... a gym There must be a kids club... but there isn't one here. It's really bad... so I'm really sorry, I'll give you a review so that Arshika can make improvements in the future to make it even better.

The room smelled damp because the walls were wet like leaks, asked to change rooms but it turned out the replacement smelled too ๐ฅฒ. There is no telephone in the room so it is difficult to contact the front desk, there is no hairdryer even though it is a 4 star hotel. The hotel is only good from the outside but the inside doesn't match ๐ very disappointing sorry ๐
