We were so disappointed with a property carrying the Wyndham name to look, smell, or feel this way. Especially in a resort city such as Kuta, Bali. The room we stayed in was terrible! Poorly cleaned, dingy towels and linen, bad smell, noisy, broken toilet and sink. Even the breakfast buffet had cold food. The sunset pool was closed. This property had an overall dungeon feel. Do not stay there!

The hotel is in a great location and have view of Kuta beach.||There are a lot of grocery stores, night club or pub and mal nearby.||The building is rather old.||The Lift and the bathroom need to be improved

Can only speak for the Buffet Breakfast we have had here recently.We arrived around 9am, which clearly must be after their morning period, as there was very little on terms of choice..Or maybe it's like this all of the time.Save your money, go somewhere else, as this place was unfortunately disappointing.Not recommended.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the room interior is modern and not old school, the wardrobe is spacious, there is a refrigerator, hairdryer, very complete amenities, the room is also spacious, you can pray comfortably. The staff was friendly and took us to our room. I chose the cheapest type of room. As for food, I don't know because I haven't tried it.

Wyndham USA take note, you need to follow Wyndham Kuta Beach standard because USA Wyndham is severely lacking in good service. I'm a diamond member with Wyndham not only the Wyndham Kuta Beach let me check in at 9 am they also give me 5pm checkout without any extra fees. The coffee shop, staff restaurant staff are all super accommodating and nice. The room is clean, comfortable and strategically located in Kuta Beach walk Mall is only 6 minutes walk. The beach right in front of the beach There are tons of 24 hours food stalls nearby. I'm 1000 percent will be back here again. bTW even without Wyndham status I can see the hotel staff treat everyone with the same respect and service. Wyndham USA need to replicate the type of service with Wyndham properties in USA. Wyndham hotel USA they are suck in service. Heck they keep forgetting to gives you early check in and when they remember they try to charge you for it. Anyway the service of Wyndham Kuta Beach is 5 diamond stars for me

the towels are no longer suitable for use, the color is really dirty, disgusting, the glasses are also dirty, they haven't been washed after they have been used (there are people's lip prints) I'm really disgusted I swear👎🏻👎🏻
