Reserved 3 rooms on Agoda. In the app, the reservation has been confirmed. When we arrived, there were only 2 rooms left. Tell us we didn't confirm your reservation. So I called Agoda. The app says confirmed. Called and talked with the manager who said completely different things to the employees. Tell us the chargeback Agoda said it was the hotel's fault. In summary, you can only stay in two rooms. Another room must walk to find a hotel next door. It's a very bad experience. Read some bad reviews. I didn't think I'd meet myself.- Advantages: clean room, 4 people sleeping, bunk beds, no additional equipment (TV, refrigerator), it's worth the price of 630 baht.-Complaints1. There is no parking. Parked in the village alley2. The building has 4 floors, no elevator, not suitable for the elderly, having to walk up and down the stairs. Some rooms next to the road will cause loud traffic noise. If the room at the back is not loud, you can sleep.3. Reservation management is not good enough. There are many cases of incorrect reviews, try reading them before booking.Additional - for those who will book or stay If booking on Agoda, we recommend paying for your stay through the app. If you come to pay at check-in Your room may fall apart. Review with all honesty.

There is no parking, must park on the roadside. The room is high, there is no elevator. There was no drinking water in the room. Next to the road, people have difficulty sleeping and can't sleep!! Driving from Bangkok, didn't sleep!! It's only good that the room is clean. Booked for 2 nights, asked to stay one night, just once!

I'm very confused. I reserved it on Agoda, but when I arrived, the hotel was closed. I don't know why. No responsibility If the hotel is closed, close it in the app as well. It's a good thing I haven't paid the money yet. The reviews were very good at first, but when we arrived it was really bad if you were to find a good, cheap hotel in Chiang Mai. This is not an option at all. Don't even think about booking. It's very, very bad. And no one takes responsibility for both the app and the hotel because they can't be contacted at all.

Their location is on main road so abit noisy at night. You can cook or play games on second floor. Floors are so high and not convenient for luggage travelers. They asked 300B for key deposit which is too much. There is no street food or 7 eleven is across the road so cannot walk there.

I thought it would be easy to get a grab because it was cheap and close to the airport, but I was wrong. There are a lot of cancellations as if they think they won't catch returning customers. When I was panicking, a police car stopped and took me to the airport. By the way, neither buses nor songthaews pass by. The next option is within the city. Also, the room was clean and there was a convenience store nearby. A deposit of TB200 is required.

Excellent service, good customer care, clean rooms, and a comfortable reception corner. Including bread, tea, coffee. Accommodation is very cheap. The staff also lends you a battery charger.Thank you very much.

I put one star because there is nothing below it.The room does not look at all like what we had chosen or seen in the photos.There are cockroaches in the bathroom and mold around the tap joints.The bed is a stone and the noise from the road I can't explain...!I do not recommend this hotel

Already reserved, when the actual arrival day arrived it was not open. Not answering the phone So why accept room reservations through the app? Not ready to open rooms, customers should be notified of cancellation in advance. It's not like having customers arrive at the accommodation and then not opening it.

It's really bad, I encountered an event that hurt my mental state a lot. I made a reservation through the app and then went to check in and found the housekeeper's auntie coming in to ask about my stay. But for a while it seemed like she was the owner or her partner talking on the phone loudly and making noise. Arguing and then holding a baseball and smashing all the items in the store even though there were customers standing at check-in. In the end, I couldn't check in because the employee at the counter wasn't there and disappeared. The housekeeper didn't know what was going on, but he was there to help as best I could. But that person was still banging on equipment inside the hotel loudly. We stood with friends and were very afraid, not very comfortable, so much so that we had to find a new hotel. There was another person who was going to stay as well and didn't stay. I don't understand. He couldn't separate his personal life from work. He was very hot-tempered and didn't come to pick up any customers. He walked around holding a baseball bat and smashed things. Very, very bad. My friend and I were in a very bad state of mind. We had been in a good mood all day. I don't recommend it. The mood was very strong. The confused things are all scattered.
