Disappointing Stay
I had a disappointing stay at a hotel near Kuta Beach. The bed sheets were not changed, and the room was full of mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until they address these issues.

I never write reviews but I'm stressed and I don't want other solo backpackers to experience the same thing as I have.On first arrival I was happy, the 3 bed dorm was cute and spacious, and the kitchen area was also a nice touch. Unfortunately after settling in there was a smell that got worse and worse, severe damp, basement smell. Checked the room, and there was mould all over the ceilings and around the AC. It was about 1am at this point and I didn't sleep well.As soon as I woke up in the morning I addressed it with reception, who were very friendly and tried their best to accomadate, but the other rooms I was shown on the first and second floor also had the heavy damp smell indicative of mould. They refused to refund me when I decided to check out so I told them I would be contacting Agoda.Agoda reached out to them to help me process a refund, and they told Agoda that I checked out early just because there was no window in the room! I did ask if they had a room with a window as they have better circulation, but this is not why I left! I left because of the severe mould and damp, as well as the smell, that presents a serious health risk.As a solo backpacker I do not have the funds to pay for accomadation I am not staying at, and the lack of response from the hostel/hotel after emailing truly shows that the owner/manager of this place does not care for the safety or comfort of their guests.I have managed to scrape a 20% refund from Agoda after about 24 hours of negotiation, but this will not cover the costs of my new accomadation.Severly dissapointing.

New hostel and generally quite clean. It's about a 10 minute walk from Kuta center and the beach. I recommend it even if the breakfast was quite poor and I still found myself having to have it outside the hostel.

WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAINReceptionist is cute. Rooms are quite clean and cozy. Nothing to complain about.The only shortcoming is that there is no window in the room. And the ac obviously made a noise frequently during the night we stayed. Maybe you staff need to check out the ac of our room. After all it’s quite a pleasant stay in Kuta.

I stayed 2 nights at this place. Hostel in the Kuta area with a quite comfortable feel, with simple minimalist but comfortable room designs. There are several breakfast menus available, including yellow rice, jinggo rice and also toast. the staff is also friendly, friendly too. However, there is no parking area, it is not recommended for guests who drive cars due to narrow road access, motorbikes can be parked next to the sidewalk in front of the hostel. The owner is very friendly.
