The staff are friendly. (Actually, I've never met an unfriendly person in Chiang Mai. Haha) The location is good because it's northeast of the old city. The rooms are clean and value for money. They cleaned very well and the laundry service was cheap and good. After writing it down, I felt like everything was good. The free banana fruit in the 1st floor lobby is so delicious.

Best cleaning service in this location and at this priceI had a nice stay.There was some noise because it was a roadside room.The air conditioner wasn't cool, butIt's nice to have a full-length mirror and the cost-effectiveness is great~~

I stayed here for the first half of my 12-day trip to Chiang Mai. In the beginning, I chose to go to Olta, but the location was good, the price was reasonable, the room was clean, and everything was good overall.They also rent bicycles for free, but I couldn't ride them. There are also clubs and bars nearby. It's the famous Join Yellow, but there are a lot of crazy foreigners there, so be careful.Oh, if you take out the room key here, the electricity goes out and even the refrigerator turns off. If you want to buy something in the refrigerator, just ask for an extra key and insert it. I don't know if it was just given to me or if it was given to you if you asked for it.

If you have a small, trivial complaint, think about the price.If you want to go to a luxurious place, you can pay a decent amount and go there, and if you want to feel the best value for money, you can come here.Good location within the old town. This level of cleanliness and friendliness with numerous massages and delicious restaurants in every direction.The only inconvenience is that there is no closet and there are only two hangers, so you just need to prepare what you need.Please bring your own toiletries.The faucet is very tight.

I was able to freely eat snacks such as delicious bananas and cookies in the lobby, and after checking out.We provide bag storage serviceEspecially when I had to go to the airport sweaty after walking around all day.I was very impressed that there was a shower facility on the first floor of the hotel!It was so good ^^

hello. This is a late review. I stayed at the Mali Hotel for a month with my two children. Even now, we think of and reminisce about “Mali Hotel.” The friendliness and cleanliness of the staff, lovely cats, and a non-dangerous atmosphere even if you return in the dark. To us, “Chiang Mai” is remembered as “Mali Hotel.” Thank you🌹

It was really, really good. There was no inconvenience at all during my stay and the room condition was very good. I didn't see a single bug during my stay. Very neat.The only downside is that the sink is small. I think this is the only room in this condition at this price. After checking out, I left my luggage and when I went to pick it up, it started raining heavily after I called a taxi.They were so kind, finding a taxi that I couldn't find and even holding an umbrella for me when I got in!I definitely recommend it!

This is a review of a 4-night stay at a cost-effective hotel.Shower booth condition is not good. (There is instant hot water, but the line is short and the shower hanger is weak, so I keep falling forward. The exhaust fan is loud enough to make me crazy)Other than that, the room condition is good.The desk is very friendly and the workers are friendly.Banana wafers and Korean coffee at the front deskThe vending machine is impressive.As for the location, if you go straight, I recommend it as a cost-effective hotel for those who don't mind walking 500 meters to Blue Noodle.For your information, we walked to Tape Gate and Warorot Mart.Feel confident with 20,000 steps a day!!!

It's newly renovated, clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly. This is the best hotel with excellent value for money. The room I stayed in was located on the opposite side of the road, not on the side of the road, so the view of the temple and houses in front made me feel comfortable and calm, which was really nice. The bathroom is also large and clean compared to the size of the room, so it's really nice to take a shower. It's an easy location to get around. What's disappointing is that there's no space to store clothes, and the shelf below the TV is so narrow that it's difficult to put things on it. But overall, I'm so satisfied that I don't feel any major shortcomings.

It is a clean and friendly hotel.It's near Chang Puak Gate, so it's easily accessible and the price is reasonable. I wanted to extend it, but it's a shame that the room reservation has already ended.I want to visit again next time.

The accommodation is clean, they clean it well, the location is good so it's quiet and great for going out, and they're friendly. Responses to requests are quick, and even if English is not good, the staff explains well in easy-to-understand English. BART Coffee Shop and Khunkae Juice Bar are nearby. There is no breakfast, but there are many restaurants where you can have breakfast on the way out of BART Coffee Shop or across from Mali Hotel. There is a place where you can drink coffee in front right next to it. First of all, there are no ants and there is a water purifier. It's nice because it's located on every floor so it's easy to brush your teeth. It's also nice because the rooms aren't crowded or noisy. I had a pleasant trip thanks to Mali Hotel. thank you

Non-refundable optionI had a good stay at a good price~ It was much more comfortable and nice than staying at a luxury resort in another country a month ago~ I was impressed by the housekeepers who cleaned so well😀👍The cleaning service is the best among the hotels I have stayed in while traveling so far~ Of course, the soundproofing and the bed are hard, but I want to stay here again next time~ It was nice to be able to take a shower after checking out~ Thank you~ Mali Hotel ~See you again🤗

It was cleaner than I expected and the location was really great. Most of the staff were friendly, and it was convenient to have a staff member at the front desk 24 hours a day :)What's disappointing is that there is noise from the road even at night and the bed is a bit hard. Still, I would use it again!
